We asked for a 24 x 24 pole barn with an attached lean to covered in chicken wire to use a s a chicken coop. They installed the garage door so there was an 18" gap from the ground when it was closed. We called to have them fix it so the door reached the ground. We were told that when we installed a concrete slab floor the door would fit. We explained again to them that we were keeping a dirt floor and we had to wait a week for them to re-install the door. They had to come back again because they made it too tight and we could not open the door. I had to call them back again to finish the coop - in fact I had to go to Lowes to buy the rolls of wire myself. The roof leaks and the gutter fell off less than 2 years after the work was finally completed. They missed appointments to come out and fix it and we spent weeks trying to get them to return calls. After filing a Better Business Bureau complaint, they said they only guarantee work for 1 year and we could pay them to come out. A neighbor nailed the gutter back on for us and I would not want Burdett back out for any reason.
