epoxy flooring
+ -1 moreWe got a quote online, and we talked with them and explained in detail what we needed. We needed a floor that could be easily cleaned and sanitized since it was in an animal shelter. They were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. They showed us samples. They came out to do the floor, and we immediately had issues with their work. The floor crunched and lifted when we walked on it. We couldn't mop it or sweep it, so it was terrible. They kept saying that was how the floor was supposed to be, and we knew that they wouldn't do anything about it or attempt to fix it. I would never use them again.
Description of Work: They installed epoxy flooring in the front office and hallway in our animal shelter.
