They did great. They did their job. It wasn't as expensive as everybody else. He is very polite and very courteous. He only charges you what is necessary.

On Memorial weekend 2012 ( 90+ degrees) the air conditioner went out. Brad came and checked it out on Friday evening. The compressor had gone out. The next moring he called the owner of the company he uses for all his air conditioners and ask him to open the werehouse so he could get what he needed(holiday weekend every thing closed).Brad came and fixed it that afternoon. He could have been relaxing with his family.
Description of Work: Furance wouldn't come on. Called Brad and he came out cleaned it and fixed the problem the same day.

I was not real happy with them because I had to bug them a little bit to get a quote. Their quote was also higher than others. I probably would not use them again. They never came to the house or anything but were friendly over the phone.
Description of Work: Cagle Heating & Cooling did give me a quote.

I was well satisfied with them. He was prompt and does not keep me waiting. He does good work and I think he was reasonable.

He comes right away if something is wrong.
Description of Work: Brad changed out the thermostat and put in a new air conditioner too. He also does maintenance on the furnace.

He did an excellent job. He was a nice and polite Christian man. We were thrilled to find the furnace we wanted to use could be revived after many years of no use. We thought we were going to pay a lot more to provide heat in our home and we would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: He got an old furnace working again that we were told was inoperable.
