Fresh Start

when I walked in the house I was mortified. I could tell that people had been in my home but I realize that the floors had not been cleaned. She wiped off the counter tops in my kitchen and bleached the sink. you could still visibly see the dirt around the refrigerator and no other appliances were wiped clean. she did not clean the living room except for dusting the front of the end tables. she told me she vacuumed the rug but there was visible cat hair on the carpet. when I move the Ottoman there was still visible dust that she had not even attempted to clean. On the phone she told me that she cleaned the area rug herself which I know is not true by the way the rug appears. she vacuumed my daughters rugs in her room but did not take out trash. I don't know what else to say about this cleaning service but that I made a huge mistake by leaving the money on the counter in my kitchen. my neighbors were placed on watch to keep an eye on my property and they said she was at the house for about an hour. on the phone she told me she had 3 people in my home cleaning. I am so upset and feel taken advantage of. please do not use the Service and make the same mistake I did. I have learned some valuable lessons. never hire a service without checking references or have a referral from a friend. never leave money on the counter top and expect honesty and a job done. she took advantage of the fact that I was not home and left the money on the table. she argued with me on the phone that she did the cleaning herself.
