Great. They were fast, did excellent work, were personable and pleasant. No problems since.

Everything went smooth. All the company representatives are extremely thorough. Both in communication and work product. I forgot to post this review originally last year. They are going to come out soon for a 1-yr. re-inspection to make sure everything is good. Very pleased with their work. Thank you Chris, Justin and Erik.

IErik and Tom are extremely professional. They stand behind their work and they know what they are doing. They belong to national professional associations pertaining to their trade. They also research issues pertaining to the quality of the materials they use and the latest and best methods to keep crawlspaces healthy. They have been in business for a long time. They are great people, doing great work, and they care about the efficacy of your crawlspace remediation. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The workers were great. They got the job done quickly, Matt talked a lot with me about crawl space science, and they took care of details like digging a deeper hole for the sump and putting on a new door. The space looks great and the smell in the house is pretty much gone.

The team did excellent work. They took time to explain their progress and issues along the way. At the end of the project I went into the crawlspace with them and they explained all the work that was completed. They took extra time to seed the grass and restore the lawn where the trailer was in place during excavation. Overall, I was very satisfied.

They were very good. I did not have direct contact with them, my husband did that but he was very satisfied as well with the job. They were responsive to giving us a quote and coming back and doing the job quickly.

Tom and Eric--the Crawlspace Doctors--assessed our situation, coordinated with our heating and mechancal contractors and our pest control people. Tom and Eric are knowledgeable about pest control, wildlife control, heating systems, and everything having to do with crawlspaces. They are active in national professional organizations pertaining to their trade. We believe that they assessed, remediated, and enacted a plan to make our crawlspace as healthy as could be. In fact, we believe that they treated our crawlspace as if it were their own. Because of the issues we faced, Eric and Tom have stopped by several times to ensure that we do not develop any additional problems. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Contractor provided the estimate in a very timely and professional manner. However the estimate was a package deal for a "Cadillac" system that, seemed to me to be way overspecified to resolve a minor moisture problem. When I asked them to break it down into options so I could choose what to include, they were reluctant to do so and said they would not offer a guarantee unless I did the whole thing. I did buy the home, but have not yet had the work done. I am confident of the quality of their work, but they need to work with homeowners to come up with cost-effective solutions rather than just overspecify.

We have an agreement, they are going to do a crawlspace encapsulation in November. It's scheduled but it hasn't been done yet. They seem to do a good job. I think they can do what needs to be done to fix our problem and obviously we believe they will do a very thorough and complete job. They came out and gave us a proposal and we selected them over some other alternatives. Both for what they say they are going to do and the extent that they are going to do it compared to what the other contractors were suggesting.

Technician showed up on time and proceeded to inspect 3 crawl spaces. After detailed inspection and discussion on results it was determined that no work needed to be conducted and that homeowner just needed to clear out what little debris left behind. Felt company was well represented by technician and honest and would not hesitate to call company if work needs to be done in the future.

Very well - they took before and after pictures under the house, reviewed them with us, gave us the CD. Professional and thorough - very detail oriented.

Let me start out by saying that I am extremely selective when it comes to who I choose to work on my home and this experience was no different. I did a lot of research on several companies before I decided to give the crawl space doctor a call. Matt Dieters, the owner, answered my call and took the information. He told me he would send out someone to give me an estimate and the following week as promised a gentleman named Shannon came by to provide an estimate. Shannon went under my crawl space, took pictures and provided me with a detailed estimate and suggested solutions. I had several other companies out for an estimate but far and away the crawl space doctor's estimate was the most detailed and thorough. I decided to use the crawl space doctor and I am glad I did. Once the work started it took less than a week to complete the work. 2 gentleman, Joe and James, came out to do the work and they were wonderful. I asked a lot of questions and Joe was very patient, answered all my questions and did wonderful work. I can not say enough about the quality of the work and how pleased I am. I would highly recommend them if you need your crawl space worked on. Thanks to Matt, Joe and James for a pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

They did a great job and I would recommend them. Also, their price was reasonable for the work they did. They were very professional and they kept the schedule as they said. They also explained everything. It was a good experience.

After inspection, we had a couple areas we felt needed attention, they came right back out and remedied the problems to our full satisfaction. A year later we called to see if they would inspect our crawl to make sure everything was still dry and intact. They came out at no charge and did a full inspection. Everything is great. We would highly recommend this company!

Representative came out, looked at the task at hand and chose not to pursue it further. He did not attempt to provide an estimate for the work. He did come to the house at the time he stated he would and was honest about his inability to work with the kind of foundation my house has.

The gentleman that came to give me the initial estimate of the work was not pushy, gave me a CD of the pictures he took and a sample of the product that would be used for the encapsulation and the name of the sump that would be used.I wanted a quiet sump as it would be close to my bedroom The day of install, arrival was early,the owner and another gentleman(Shannon) worked all day until complete. They cleaned up all debris to my satisfaction. The owner spoke to me about the final install, giving instruction regarding the sump and what to do. Also what to look for in my foundation. I previously had done business with Indiana Foundation, they recently had run another line for me, that I was never satisfied with because it did not drain properly. I did have Indiana Foundation out to look at my concern, and they stated it was fine, and because of my issues this was how it was going to be. The owner of Crawl Doctor said he could get the water to flow better and he would be happy to do it while he was here. The end result made me much happier. I did not like having standing water at the end of my drainage system with the west nile mosquitoe situation. The additional cost was acceptable to me the above price I stated includes this additional work. Overall, I was very satisfied and would use these guys again. I like both the guys, and the owner was very upfront with me and nice.

A 1970's addition to my home from the 1920's was lacking an environmental seal in the crawlspace underneath. A home inspector recommended this be installed when purchasing the home. I called Crawlspace Doctors for an estimate and they were very flexible for appointments. They came and inspected the crawlspace and provided other useful information about the space and the plumbing above it, suggesting that I have some minor repairs done before the seal installed. I took care of that and called them back to install the seal. They arrived promptly on the scheduled morning and took care of what seemed like a major job. Everything was cleaned up in the basement and I was very satisfied with the results of the work performed.

They were going to do crawlspace work for me. I did chose another company that came with more things. Everything was good except they did not talk about how they were going to drain any water in my crawlspace like the other company. They have a good product, but the other company went they went the extra mile with getting the water out.
