Excellent job installing and securing fabricated mesh over our flu cap so bats could no longer get in our chimney. They were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They are quoting us on additional projects and we would definitely hire them again!

Got it done quickly and cleaned up the area. Then he tried to get me to do upgrades on my chimney and roof at the tune of several thousand dollars. Said he would email me a complete quote but I never got it.

Still waiting for them to quote me on everything else for the chimney so he verdict on over all price is still out. I paid $200 just for the inspection. It took less than an hour and I'm not sure if it's even usable yet. Over all not happy not sad and still in process.

Professional and great work

We had an initial issue with scheduling but that was resolved satisfactory. The manufacturer, Peterson, sent an incorrect LP burner initially that had to be removed and replaced with the correct natural gas burner. It took 4 weeks from the initial installation before the proper unit was installed. This delay was disappointing, as we wanted to have the system up and running for Thanksgiving. It was not until 2 weeks after Thanksgiving that we had a properly functioning gas fire log unit. Landon, the installation technician did a great job of installing the gas fire log unit. He is also very customer service oriented employee for All Swept Up Chimney Service. He was a pleasure to work with and made the outcome acceptable.

Tech showed up on time. Very respectful, wore shoe booties, placed a blanket on the floor when working. Made a very dirty job, clean. Took extra time to help diagnose a problem. Impressed with their service. I highly recommend them.

Professional and informative

Pam was great in calling me to ensure the service time. Sean was on time, polite and professional. He even took an after hour call from me with an additional question I had. Service was fantastic. Sean even talked me out of services that I thought I needed but were unnecessary. I would highly recommend them and will gladly use them for future needs.

Snafu in scheduling resulting in taking two days off and the 2nd day was almost cancelled. I only found out about the cancellation when I called because no one showed up. Had I not called they would not have come, even though there was a scheduled appointment. Service recovery resulted in a technician coming out a few hours later. The technician was polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I hesitate to use this company again because of difficulty scheduling. I lost money taking two days off to get the chimney serviced.

I felt the charge was excessive; however, the peace of mind knowing the chimney is safe is acceptable.

Project was to reinstall a woodburning stove which was sitting in the middle of my living room. All Swept Up called me within hours after I typed up my project in HomeAdvisor. They were at my house a few days later (September 3rd) to give an estimate. They were the middle of 3 estimates I received that week. Initally I went with the lowest estimate - big mistake. So in mid-October I called All Swept Up back and scheduled them to do the work. So now it is the busy season for sweeps. Nevertheless they were able to fit me in on their schedule and on November 5th (today, as I type this), they reinstalled the insert, cleaned the chimney and replaced the adapter on the end of my steel liner (which had been damaged earlier in the summer when the insert was removed). What impressed me most is that they seemed to understand how a direct-connect insert works - something which has baffled other chimney sweeps. Didn't bother them a bit that the insert is very large and a tight fit. They showed up with the proper equipment and personnel to do the job. They used all kinds of padding to make sure our new tiling around the fireplace wasn't damaged. They stuck to their original month-old estimate. They even replaced trim around the insert and cleaned up all their dust when done. I will definitely call them again next spring for my annual cleaning!

Derek and his crew were great to work with. They listened and delivered a beautiful finished product that is now the centerpiece of our home.
