They repaired my fireplace!

I now know how to light the pilot light on my gas fireplace. $159. seems a little high to learn that lesson.

We had a scheduling mix up on the day they were supposed to come. When I called, they said the mistake was on their end and sincerely apologized. They came first thing the next day.

Great price, very professional, and outstanding work. Had an old gas insert fireplace removed and couldn’t be more pleased.

The great news is the gas leak was fixed. I can again start using my gas fireplace. In spite of my fireplace working without the annoying smell of leaking gas, I gave the quality of work only 4.5-stars due to the small mess left behind from having to cut into my drywall. However, I give All Swept Up Chimney Services 5-stars for customer service and value for money. I spoke with the owner via phone and he was very nice and apologized for not having everything cleaned up. He made NO excuses and took full responsibility. I can't say that for all the other owners I have had to deal with in the past when having home repairs that didn't go as promised. The owner even provided me with a very reasonable discount on the labor cost. Something I didn't even have to ask for. This gracious response by the owner has made me a loyal customer of All Swept Up Chimney Services for any future gas leak problems in the future. Thank you!
