Derrick was prompt. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was polite and courteous and answered all my questions. He did a very nice job. Also removed old fireplace logs and gas tank.

Was here on time!! Kept everything around him clean, did thorough job. Very satisfied. Although young man, grew up in business.

I was very happy with Derrick and impressed I could always call and talk to him, not VM or a machine. He kept me informed of his arrival time and was very helpful as I hired him to inspect a fireplace and chimney during a new home inspection and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and I will call him back once my son purchases the property to do the additional work we are interested in having done.

The technician called to let me know his estimated arrival. It turned out that the chimney did not need cleaning, so I was impressed with the fact that he did not try to sell me a cleaning that was not needed. I will definitely use All Swept Up again and highly recommend them.

Derrick was prompt, courteous and very reliable. There was a problem that was not his fault, he quickly obtained a replacement provided by the manufacturer and did a perfect job of installing the insert and of removing the old fireplace surround in preparation for the tile installation. He and his assistant were great and left my premises in great shape and All Swept Up!

Derick call back within 10 minutes of me submitting a request even though it was late Saturday. Early the next week, he came out to the site and took pictures. I had a quote shortly there after. Within a couple of weeks the job was completely done. Even thought it took more work than originally quoted, he stood by his quote. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent! We are very pleased. Derrick was the guy who came out. We felt that he was focused on doing the fireplace and chimney work correctly...and not running up a big bill for the company! We are totally satisfied with his work. We had two other estimates -- one higher and one lower -- but felt that "All Swept Up" was the company to hire for this job. Again, we felt that Derrick was very honest in giving an evaluation and estimate for this job. He actually pointed out things that we could do ourselves to make the job less expensive. Derrick's focus was to get the job done correctly. We would be happy to provide a great reference for "All Swept Up" for chimney cleaning, chimney repair, or fireplace repair.

Derrick was very professional and thorough.

They are efficient and will put an entire gas log unit in on Monday and a cap on the chimney and we are satisfied with them. Gave us all our options but we opted to have an entire unit put in. The old unit was 13 years old and not very efficient.

Derrick was very much a man of his word. One of two chimney caps was blown off due to excessive gusts of wind. The cap was old and extremely rusted, so I decided to replace both caps. He had to purchase the two caps and installed them after I got off from work. He made me aware of other old-age chimney issues that needed to be addressed as soon as possible. Derrick left information regarding costs and priority. I am recommending to my neighbor and any one else who may need his services.
