All Swept Up Chimney Services

The two gentlemen who arrived were personable and easy to talk with. They explained things so we could easily understand.

I asked for a sweep and estimate to replace the damper. They were here 20 minutes, said it didn’t need a sweep, gave me an estimate on the damper and still charged $149. I understand some kind of charge but that was way too high.

We ran into a problem scheduling the appointment--their system not communicating properly with Home Advisor, but when I called All Swept Up to check, the representative was very apologetic and arranged for someone to come out the next day. Derrick showed up the next day, right on time. He was friendly and professional. Did a great job explaining minor maintenance that we could do. Using photos of our chimney taken from the roof when he inspected, he also explained and recommended how we can prioritize more complicated work that needs to be done. We would definitely consider All Swept Up when we are ready to proceed with the larger repairs.

Derrick came out for a chimney cleaning and inspection. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He called before he arrived during his window, wore special boot covers, and put down a mat. I would highly recommend them.
