We hired Steury Electric based on good reviews on Home advisor to install new electrical service and sub panel and meter base in a newly built garage. Workmanship was excellent. They worked with us on a non-standard panel installation, They did an excellent job, worked fast and really knew what they were doing. We had insulators in at the time , and even though they had to work around them, he still got the job done in a timely manner. They also worked with the engineer from AEP along with calling the inspector to inform them that the work was complete and ready for inspection. I would highly recommend them for your next electrical project, they went above and beyond and stuck to the quoted price.

I needed 6 additional power outlets in my home. At first I hired someone, who unbeknownst to me was a certified but utterly incompetent electrician. He drilled a hole through a water pipe and flooded my basement, costing about $1000 in clean up and repair costs. About a week after that disaster, I called Jim at around 4:30pm. He told heâ d be there at 7:30 am the following day to give me an estimate. He showed up at the appointed time and provided a fair estimate. I hired him on the spot. He began the job right away and got it done within 2 hours, and also fixed the mess created by the previous so-called â certified electrician.â Needless to say, I saved Jimâ s number and Iâ d be calling him again whenever I need an electrical job done right! Let my story be a lesson to folks to beware of many so-called â certified electriciansâ . Make sure they come highly referred and with multiple positive reviews before you let anyone in your home.
