If something breaks, they are pretty good at coming to fix it. We have a contract with them, so they come out every 6 months. They are pretty good about it. I have been using them for about 2 years now, and would defiantly recommend them.

They are very good. They respond right away, arrive on time, maintain a clean work site, and complete great work.

This is the 4th Project where I have used Truesdel HVAC over the past 3 years and they continue to be my "go-to" HVAC partner. For this project (a 1,000 square foot renovation of a 100 year old commercial space, along with a 1Bedroom Apartment), we had a job that had tight deadlines and required a lot of flexibility, working around other subcontractors during the demolition/renovation. During the design stage, Mark was very helpful in looking at different ways to provide new services in to the building and was clear in providing rough costs for the different options, which allowed me to feel comfortable with the decisions before we started installation. During the installation, his team was professional and courteous with other trades and worked efficiently to get the job done. Due to the tight schedules and changes around the overall renovation, the project required a lot of flexibility and Truesdel HVAC was outstanding in this regard. After the project was completed, Mark continued to provide any support needed , to ensure there were no issues. I will use them again and would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting a quality, professional job, at a very good price.

Truesdel was highly recommended by two friends. Since I was looking for a new company to provide heating/cooling services I decided to try them. They were excellent. Brian lead the team of two men. They phoned before coming, arrived exactly on time, were professional and courteous, and gave me complete feedback after the work was done. I felt the price was competitive with other quotes and in some cases a bit less. They were able to do both my home and rental property on the same day without costing me extra time or money. I anticipate needing new heating/cooling equipment in the future and they will be the first company I call.

We phoned for service from Truesdel for a unit that had not had attention in over 10 years. Due to the weather they were prompt, very courteous and VERY reasonably priced! Highly recommended.

The guys were courteous and cleaned up the mess. It was fantastic.
