I prefer to quote floors after an in-person evaluation as there are several factors that play into sanding and refinishing hardwood floors. No matter the current condition, there's one per square foot price with no hidden fees or material costs. We also maintenance hardwood floors with our buff and re-coat service that's guaranteed to fulfill commercial leasing obligations.

Buffing and recoating floors such as engineered hardwood or bamboo (where applicable). This is seen as maintenance and is not meant for correcting years of abuse or deep stains or scratches.
