BURTON'S LOCK & KEY

I recently purchased a new home and needed the locks rekeyed. Bob was out 24 hours after contacting him. He showed up on time and was finished in less than 1-1/2 hours. Pricing was very reasonable. I have heard negative stories about locksmiths, however none of those apply to him. You can trust this guy. FYI Bob does not install locks anymore, only rekeys or opens them.

Good expereience

Bob Burton arrived promptly and in good cheer to tend to the locks on our new home. I scheduled about a week in advance to have him arrive at the end of moving day, and he was happy to do so. We had our front and back doors re-keyed and a new lock put on the front door. Both my husband and I thought Bob was delightful and very professional. Good old-fashioned customer service. Truly a pleasure. I'd guess he was here about an hour and half, which was certainly fast enough for us. We had a Comcast technician here at the same time, and it was fun to watch the two gentlemen be cordial with one another. A last thought-- both my husband and I commented on how fabulous the new keys feel in the lock. Smooth. A far cry from the previous lock, that's for sure.

Arrived promptly, was pleasant to deal with, provided helpful advice on how to avoid pitfall.

Since there weren't any locksmiths on Angie's List when I hired Bob, I happened to call a locksmith who was out of business. He referred me to Bob and I'm glad he did. Bob was a great guy and a pleasure to work with. He showed up when he said he would and worked for a couple of hours taking care of my locks. His prices (both show-up fee and price per lock) were very good compared to his peers. I'm a naturally curious guy and asked a lot of questions as Bob was going about his work. Bob taught me quite a bit as he did his job. With Bob's 20+ years of experience, he was a wealth of knowledge. He was a great guy and I feel safe knowing he is the only guy who knows my key code. A nice touch that show how he goes above and beyond was my young son was there and curious what Bob was doing. He was really friendly to my son and when he got done, he gave him a ball. Bob carries them with him on his truck when folks with kids get locked out of their cars. He said people getting locked out of their cars is a stressful time for them and the balls tended to make a bad situation for them slightly better. My son still talks about Bob and asks, "Where's the ball that Bob gave me?"...he tends to lose it.
