It was excellent! Rick called me back promptly both times, came when he said he would, and worked efficiently and well. He purchased all the supplies and had me reimburse him, rather than expecting me to know what to get and how much. When he worked on the closet, he reused as much of the existing material as he could in order to hold down the price. He understood what I wanted and even made suggestions as to how it could be done better. However, in the end, he let me have the final say about the project. He charged by the hour, and worked continuously during that time. I have other jobs which need to be done, and I will not hesitate to call Rick, again.

Rick did a very good job and the price was right.

Arrived same day I phoned and quickly replaced the electrical box.

He did come out and do a good job. He was very fair with his pricing. When he had to go to get some extra parts he didn't charge me for the time that he was gone. The approximate cost listed was what he charged per hour.

My call was returned in a timely manner and the work was done professionally. I would hire him again for additional "handyman" projects.

He was very good. He inadvertently cut a security line when he was taking the molding off of the door and deducted the amount from the bill for us to have a service person repair it. I would use him again. Good experience.

Rick Cox promptly returned the message I left for him to contact me. He stated at that time that he was pretty booked up but would be able to stop by in the next day or 2 to provide an estimate. He showed up as promised for the estimate and after reviewing the scope of the project (small) he performed the work on that visit. I was impressed with his professionalism and price. Will definitely call him again.

First phone call got the job scheduled for the following week. He came over prior to doing the work to see what exactly what we wanted done. Rick is courteous, professional and seems very knowledgeable. He charges by the hour, but works very quickly.

We called for an estimate. Rick came out and looked at the job and said he could do the work. We picked out doors, which he picked up at Lowe's and installed them. The next day, he came back to replace the rotten trim.

Rick is very easy to get a hold of, very accommodating to your schedule. Did the job as promised, stayed with the quote and cleaned up nicely. Very pleasant person to work with.

He is great. He sees things that need to be done. He is wonderful.

He diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He's excellent.

Rick answered his own phone, made an appointment to come to my home within a few days, purchased the parts needed for the job and finished the job quickly and professionally. Other companies I had called would not come out to do this work. He is very nice and I would recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Rick was prompt in returning my call and helpful with my questions. I only chose a different provider because our schedules were more closely matched.

HE WAS VERY POLITE, BUT WAS LATE SHOWING UP. HE APOLOGIZED FOR HIS TARDINESS. HE WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED. HE COULD NOT DO OUTDOOR PLUMBING AND SUBBED IT OUT TO A FRIEND WHO WAS NOT RELIABLE AND MISSED TWO APPOINTMENTS. RICK COX WAS GOOD.

RICK DID A GREAT JOB ON EVERYTHING THAT I HAD HIM DO. HIS PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

RICK RAN INTO SEVERAL UNSEEN PROBLEMS WHICH LED TO A MUCH LONGER TIME TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THE HOUSE IS CEMENT LATH CONSTRUCTION AND THIS COMPLICATED IT FOR RICK.
