It went well. There were probably more curve balls than either myself or Z Stone expected, but they showed great adaptability and concern at each turn and we ended up with wonderfully-installed countertops made of a very nice stone. First, let me say that we worked with Bridget, who was excellent, and she helped us identify a very handsome and economical stone for us. We were initially looking at granite, but she steered us to quartzite (something we would not have thought to look at without her direction) and my wife and I are happy with the selection. The initial slab we chose arrived not fit for install, so they sent us replacement slabs for us to approve that were great. Worked with them to identify the parts of the slabs we wanted to use for our counter templates. When it came to the installation, there was some initial miscommunication as to who was supposed to remove the old countertops, but everything was quickly straightened out. Also, during the counter install they discovered that the cabinets were not level and need to be adjusted by a quarter inch (1/4"). Consequently, work was delayed about a week during which time they had their store handyman come out and level the cabinets. However, throughout the whole process they were great. I'm in my early 30s and I can tell you that as a younger guy I am not that used to people showing such respect and being as polite as they were. They're clearly good people and it's clearly a top operation they're running. The finished counters look great, and I would definitely work with them again.

We got our granite from there. They were more reasonable than anybody else. The person that we worked with was Bridget Saus. She was wonderful and patient and did a lot of research for us. The whole crew was lovely.

He suggested we putting on an apron to our cabinets. It was excellent addition for a minimal cost. The price was very reasonable.

He then told me that he would leave the slab of marble in my yard. I was really upset that this man would talk to me rudely. Then will talk about my business to others as well. I thought this was very unprofessional and very upsetting to me.
