VacMan Air Duct Cleaning

I received a very quick response to my quote request. Vacman was able to fit me in right away to come investigate my issue. He did a thorough inspection, and then told me what was needed, and had pictures from under my house to show me why. He was able to complete the installation that same day. They checked in with me every step of the way, from showing me the outside vent cover and choosing a color, to making sure that the washer and dryer were left in a position I was happy with. They were very polite and professional, and the materials they used seemed to be very high quality. I am pleased with the work, and would hire Vacman again.

It went great. When I called to get information, the entire process was explained in detail and the cost was given based on the number of vents and returns I provided and was told how much each additional vent would cost. I was blown away by how courteous and helpful the company was. The service itself couldn't have been better. I was given a time of arrival, and was called prior to let me know that they would arrive about ten minutes ahead of schedule. Matt was courteous and personable and explained what he would be doing. He toured the house with us to find the location of each vent and return. The entire process took about one-half hour less than estimated. We were shown before and after pictures of a couple of our deducts and a movie of a duct being cleaned. All equipment used was clean and surrounded by cloths to protect our floors and walls. The final price was the same as that quoted. I would recommend VacMan wholeheartedly!

My phone message to VacMan was returned promptly. An estimate was given once the number of vents was determined. A date was established that fit our and their schedule. A phone call to us on the day of the appointment to verify the appointment time was made and Matt and Ryan arrived right on time. They assessed the home, the ductwork, and assured us we could leave the home and they would call us a half hour before completion. They estimated the required time and were very lose to being right on target. We came home, saw pictures of the before and after of our ducts, and were certainly impressed with the results. Both Matt and Ryan were so professional,knowledgeable, careful, positive, and willing to relate what would be done, how the system works and what to expect. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Very professional. Over priced for small 2 bedroom house, however I went with them knowing the job would be done right. Took a long time (a week to get pictures), as I do not live in area to be there when it was being done.

The job prior to mine went longer than anticipated. As a result they arrived at my house later than scheduled but they called in advance to let me know and gave me the option of rescheduling. Once they arrived they were professional and quick but thorough. As an apology for coming later than planned they cleaned the dryer duct and vent free of charge.

VacMan was on time. He gave me a quote for the work that needed done. VacMan and his son were very polite and professional. They cleaned the ducts in a couple of hours. I was very happy with the job they did.

Matt and his son arrived on time and greeted us in a polite and courteous manner. Matt took the time to confirm the work needed to be done and to thoroughly explain the process and equipment used. Special attention was given to our floor and furnishings by the use of drop cloths. After the cleaning was completed; Matt and his son explained how the process went for them, told us what was discovered, and explained aspects of our furnace. We highly recommend VacMan.

If there was an A+ that's what I would give them. They were awesome.!!! Found a problem with our furnace that would not give us the proper cleaning job. They worked with our furnace man and came back when he was done. Explained step by step what they were doing.

Excellent !!!!!!! He went above and beyond expectations. One of the best pros We have hired. He found a duct that had been never hooked up since my home was built many years ago. I have to wonder why the previous duct cleaning company' we hired didn't find it. He helped me to correct it. Excellent in keeping your house clean by wearing booties and using runners on the floor. Excellent cleanup after the job was done No foul language . He has a nice clean well equipt truck made just for the purpose of duct cleaning On a scale of one to ten he gets a ten. He has all my future business

Matt was on time (even a little early---YAY!!! Walked through the house and counted the ducts. Apparently I had done something right because the quote was on spot from the phone estimate I was given. He explained everything he was going to do before he even started. He was worried that my "pit" might be wet precluding him from doing the job, but thankfully it was fine. YAY!! He brought in his equipment, set it up, did what he said he would, cleaned up everything and left. AWESOME job! In the door and out in 3 hours---as promised! Would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs ducts cleaned.

Excellent. I've had peculiar problems due to the old-style clay ducts under a slab foundation that I have. Very little air flows into ducts in an addition to the house made by the previous owner. Matt, the Vac-Man, is the only service person I've had who was able to understand and completely explain how the ducts would have been extended and why they do not produce much air. He did an exceptionally thorough and neat cleaning job on the entire duct system. Friendly, professional, knowledgable. I would most definitely call on him again.

Matt was very professional and prompt. He walked through the house with me and readjusted his estimate, based on some missed registers. He thoroughly explained the process and even showed us pictures and video of the ducts while they were being cleaned. The final picture was of a shiny cleaned duct. Matt also gave an estimate fore repairing and cleaning out our dryer vent. After he found out that he couldn't repairt the vent with out it being a major job, I felt that the original estimate ($150) was a bit too hight, but at least the dryer works better now. The whole house smells fresher and the air seems cleaner, thanks to the excellent job he did cleaning our ducts. I would highly recommend Vacman to my friends.

Everything was wonderful! Matt called to say he would be running a few minutes late. When he arrived, we reviewed the house. He had to re-work my quote since I had miscounted how many registers I had and it turned out my system was more complex than originally anticipated. We discussed how it would be easiest for him to hook up. Matt was very respectful of the fact that we had just bought our home and spent the last 2 months repainting the entire thing and re-doing all of the hardwood floors. I didn't even have to ask him to put booties on before he came in. He had them ready! It took him longer than expected. Half of our house is from 1840 so there was quite a bit of debris in the ducts. Matt had his wife come and help him clean up (they said this was unusual). I would highly recommend a) everyone have their ducts cleaned if you do not live in a new construction home and b) VacMan's services. We are waiting to have the upstairs done (it's an additional system) but I will be calling VacMan when we are prepared to do that.

I was able to get a reasonable quote over the phone from them and made an appointment. They were able to come within a week, which I appreciated. Matt was very efficient and clean. He laid down mats and took care to not get dust or dirt anywhere. It took a couple of hours but I was able to stay in the house without any concern. Really, there isn't too much to say but good things: he told me what he'd do, he did just that, worked quickly and efficiently, and then was done! He even cleaned the dryer vent for no charge and fixed my return vents (which were not only on upside down but wouldn't fit properly at first). Awesome job! I highly recommend them and would use them again!

VacMan was timely and professional. He did not leave a mess. We paid more than our original estimate because we undercounted the number of vents.

They came and cleaned all of the air ducts throughout the home. He called me to let me know he would be a few minutes late and I appreciated him keeping us informed. This gentleman worked for 4 hours non-stop to complete this job. He was very careful to protect the corners and stairways from the large equipment. He did a great job and I would use them again if needed.

everything was done as he said it would be, he worked extra h****** my vents because they had never been done, so he had more work than he thought, but still only charged me what he quoted before he started the work. he was very clean and professional, cleaned up his mess when done and explained to me again what he had done and if I had questions I could call him anytime!

From initial call to finished job everything was done professionally. Due to their high ratings on Angie's List, I called for a quote and was happy to set up the job. Less than a week later they were at my house. Matt explain the process and then went right to work. Three hours later they were done, (1500 sq. ft home). I knew the ducts were dirty, but the air flow has about doubled since the cleaning. Couldn't be happier with the results! Would highly recommend! Courteous, clean and professional !!!

, which we gladly scheduled Matt called before they left GRanger and said they would arrive about 9:30. They were there almost to the minute. Matt and his son were here close to six hours and cleaned the ducts. We were extremely satisfied with the work. I would certainly have them again.
