US 31 Electrical Supply

This was a terrible experience! I spent a few days trying to choose light fixtures as there was a lot to choose from in the store. I received contradictory advise from 2 different sales people. I needed the fixtures to have a bronzed finish. Chandelier: Because of the conflicting advise I bought a 5 light chandelier but when I got it home it was too big for the room so I exchanged it for the 3 light model without any problems (minus a 15% restocking fee) Pendants: I had to return the first pendants I bought (I bought 3) because when I got them home they were actually black. There was no difficulty in exchanging these. I wasn't sure how many pendants I would need but I was told that If I didn't use all 3 I could return the unused ones and get a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. I was happy with this. I ended up only using 1 pendant so my husband returned the 2 unused ones to the store. They told him that they could only give him store credit for the return. He explained that we were told we could return them for a full refund (minus 15%) but the sales person said that there was nothing she could do. (I was actually on the phone with my husband when all this was taking place). My husband then asked to speak with a manager. When the sales person went to get him the owner came out of his office and reiterated that it was store credit or nothing. I asked to speak with the owner over the phone to tell him what I was promised but he refused to speak with me. When my husband tried to discuss the situation with him further he threw my husband out of the store. He actually walked my husband to the front door and told him not to come back.

Everything was great, from the time we walked into the show room till we picked up the lights. Nothing was damaged and the shipment came in on time. My husband had a question on installation of the fan and he got all his questions answered without any problem.

We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this company.

We inquired about a lamp we had purchased at US 31 Electrical Supply. We ended up getting the bulb through the internet because it was cheaper. Their service was good and they were very helpful. When we built our house most of our light fixtures came from them.

They are very good and helpful. I had a light fixture installed by them that died. They stood behind their product and fixed it. I didn't have to pay them anything for it. I was pretty happy about that.
