+ -1 moreUnfortunately, their "men" in the truck were not prepared with the right safety equipment despite my repeated warning over weight. No one came for an estimate review, and while I warned them many times about the weight of furniture, they could not move a piece of furniture which had to be destroyed. Furthermore, their own employees dumped on one another trying to blame one guy with all heart and full engagement. Despite whatever cost they charged, nothing prepared me for losing a piece of furniture.
Description of Work: Moving within twenty miles between locations.

+ -1 moreTypical move but what impressed me was, as issues do arise, a couple items were broken (which they very easily could have hidden and did not) and they settled it within 24 hours to my satisfaction. They have a fan for life!!
