+ -1 moreHe is excellent. We have known them for a long time but we are not related. They really helped us out. We didn't know what we were doing. We lived at the other place for 26 years. We sold ours in October and had to be out within a month. Being that it was a double wide and the people that lived here had died, nobody wanted to finance a double wide and so we got it for $69,000. It is very well taken care of. They didn't ask but we gave them $200. They are very professional. We had gone on vacation but they stayed in contact with us, bought the home and he did all of the paperwork for us. They filled all the papers out and explained everything to us and so he did an excellent job. He went above the board with us.
