The Maids of South Bend

While the team of four was prompt on arrival, the results were very disappointing. I was asked to review their work and told them my concerns about the cleanliness of the shower and bath, and the condition they left the stove (smeared, not cleaned at all). They made another attempt to get things up to "my standards." How can you clean something for 60 minutes and it appear as if you did not even touch it? How can you promise mirrors and faucets will be shiny and neither are touched? Nothing was as promised. They did not dust or do anything up to my standard except for sweeping (the sweeper lady was working really hard.) I finally gave up, paid them and contacted the owner about my experience. Several emails back and forth and I am still not satisfied. If you have people who don't know how to clean or don't want to clean then having them back into my home is not going to fix the issue I am having about your people not cleaning properly. If you had apologized at all for the disappointing experience and said you would send out your best team to do the job right, I would have given you another opportunity to make it right. I would not recommend Molly Maid at all. Don't waste your money or your time.

I am very disatisfied with their quality of dusting and sweeping. I have places that have only been swiped or never touched. The sides of the stairs never got swept, ceiling fans still have dust, the window sills still had cobwebs, blinds were terrible. I sent photos to the manager along with an explanation of the missed areas. She offered to have a supervisor come to go over the missed areas. I declined. I feel that I should not have to be inconvenienced again by someone coming in to re-clean that which should have been done right in the first place. I did not get a walk through by a supervisor as was stated at the time I made the appointment. Door handles and light switches were not all done. The supervisor would have had to be here for quite awhile just re-cleaning the missed areas. I am really disappointed in this service. The girls were nice and polite but I feel too young for thorough cleaning. Perhaps more training. I will NOT be referring this company.
