These guys are great. Very prompt service and reasonably priced. I'm sure there are cheaper options out there but these guys are the perfect example of and quot;you get what you pay for.and quot; They were extremely knowledgable and professional. They removed our old furnace which had a broken heat exchanger and replaced it with a new one. They also cleaned up and rerouted some old ductwork for me at no charge in order to reduce the overall footprint of the HVAC system. They used drop cloths throughout the house and were very clean. They will be coming back next week to run a gas line to my woodshop for me. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to have some quality HVAC work done!

T S came to my aid when my furnace failed with a cracked heat exchanger and gave me and my family quite a scare. It was hard to get anybody to come out that day and we were already traumatized by the carbon monoxide scare the previous night. They were one of the only ones to appreciate my sense of urgency and get over the same day. They came out and did a video inspection of my old 35 yo unit and showed me several cracks which I could see on the video. After assessing that it couldn't be saved they did not even charge me for the initial visit. I then gave them the opportunity to install a new Armstrong 95% unit and they came back a few days later to do the job. They priced it competitively and did a nice job on the installation. I am very pleased with the overall experience with T S Heating and Air Conditioning and would recommend them to anyone I know. Very honest individuals and talk in terms that anyone can understand while not trying to talk me into anything I did not need. Great guys and I plan on using them for all my preventive maintenance moving fwd.
