Wonderful.bAll porch windows grouted/waterproofed,; ceiling fan stopped operating because remote and a part that communicated with remote stopped the whole ceiling fan to stop working, technician found the problem, the part was quite old, and he advised me to not use the remote, but to use the chain pulls exclusively. The whole north side of my house was power washed, not just the moldy part, and it is now sparking clean! Everything went very well and crew was knowledgeable and courteous.

Work was done very well, there were some delays but not his fault. He very kindly worked around the problem. Hung and his crew were respectful. The only thing I had a problem with was they did not accept charge cards and had some difficulty with the language barrier, difficult to understand.

They were early and worked efficiently, will hire again.

They cleaned the drain for the washer and works good. Put new light fixture up in my bathroom, and repaired 2 door knobs, the doors wouldn't stay closed. This is what was nerfed done and they did the repair work.
