+ -1 moreThese hard working men showed up to my home and treated me and my daughter with absolute respect and loving-kindness. They worked hard and efficiently.. Saved me a ton of money and gave me piece of mind. The piece of mind is priceless to me when it comes to the safety of my family. They did absolutely everything they said they would do and didn't ask for extra for the 5 hr drive. I am so impressed with this company. Oh almost forgot they also did a partial buy out on my existing left over ADT contract. I now have my cameras and an alarm that actually works and my smoke detectors and panel are not some old equipment as was that I had with ADT. I had smoke alarms that were expired when installed by ADT and my panel was quite dated technology. Brandon and Wesley also verified my entire system was actually installed wrong so I was not safe with ADT. SmartHome Security is by far worth the call and if you are like me a mom and want to get what you pay for and protect your family, SmartHome Security has met and exceeded all mutually agreed upon expectations. I have the same monthly rate as I did with ADT but I have a system that works and I feel safe. After the install I had a few questions and when ever I called or left a message I always get a call in a reasonable time frame and I speak to a person and there are no hoops to jump through to convince the tech I really need help. I get a call back and my issue or question is resolved or answered and I am treated honestly. A rare quality in home security.
Description of Work: I was an ADT customer for over 5 yrs. My system was giving me problems and I was experiencing an issue with vandalized property and needed some quick help for the safety of property and my child. I called Brandon as a last ditch effort to see what was actually available to me within reason. I needed a new system and some cameras that the ADT techs were too lazy to install. In addition I had spent over $3500.00 on my panel and all my door and window sensors. They service my account in Lawrence County:)) This wonderful man drove 5 hrs and came to my home gave me an assessment and was able salvage most of my adapters...the ones that actually worked. He gave me a very fair and reasonable price for the new sensors and cameras. The price he gave me is what I ended up paying after all was said and done. Brandon and Wesley came to my home and installed my new system without reservation.
