David was very attentive to finding the root cause of my ceiling collapsing. I was pretty certain it wasn't leak related and he made sure it wasn't critter related. While repairing my garage ceiling he noticed other spots in the ceiling that where sagging and he added reinforcement to ensure it didn't happen again. I will definitely use him again for home repairs!
