Servicemaster by Monroe Restoration

The Servicemaster/Monroe Restoration staff were wonderful! We had a difficult situation with the home, including a lot of debris and neglect, and everyone was so kind and sensitive to our feelings. They were also very hard-working, and willing to do whatever was needed to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I was especially pleased with Jorge, YaYa and Todd. Many thanks to them for everything!

No water mitigation happened. They threw fans down in standing water. Didn’t place our belongings on blocks. And broke a circuit in the mean time. And charged us for running fans when no fans ran for over 24 hours. A 2 day job turned into a 4-5 day job (this is why they didn’t suck up the water...more days means more money) but we sent then on their way and hired a new, more professional, company after we saw their horrendous work. Apparently they are known for this type of thing and care more about insurance contracts than keeping the actual customer happy (I know this because instead of genuinely caring about the customers they drive around and give cookies to insurance companies and ask for business) The project manager is narcissistic and insensitive (the whole company is). They ignored my Facebook review. And they only wanted to hear from me when they wanted their insurance check signed. They are all about the money and not quality work. Think twice before allowing these jokers in your home!!!

Monroe Restoration was a blessing to me when I had the unfortunate experience of having a sewer line backup into my basement. They were onsite within hours of placing a weekend call. They helped guide me through all of the aspects of the job including dealing with the insurance company. They were clear with the costs and timeline involved. When they made a commitment they kept it. You can count on them.

in the last week-Edit I recently had the ducts cleaned out in an older home we are remodeling. Scheduling the appointment was very easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the technicians that arrived at my home were professional and knowledgeable. They walked me through each step of the process. There was a fair amount of debris outside of the vents from the cleaning as I'm certain they have never been cleaned out before. The technicians protected my floors and cleaned up after they were done. The air quality was improved afterwards as well. I would highly recommend this company for future services.

The team was great. They showed up quickly and cleaned up the mess for me! I was able to sit back and just watch!

When they picked up the trunk, I didn't realized that he had broke it. It should have been a 2 person job. They were supposed to wash the floors, polish before bringing the furniture back. They came in, hung the drapes, someone moping the floor but sloppily. I have area rugs that was supposed to vacuum which they couldn't vacuum because their vacuum was broke, gave them mine but no one touched it and I ended up vacuuming it myself. They are the one that actually broke my cedar chest.
