They arrived on time, they installed everything quickly, were polite, and pleasant. I was pleased with the overall experience.

They have been very good. The snow blower looks wonderful. I have had a very good experience. They get the lawn mower repaired well and I had told him not to worry about getting it done quickly because we wouldn’t be using it until close to this winter. But he is already got it fixed and he would be dropping off my lawn mover today. It was in bad shape and they got it all back together.

It didn't dry the clothing. The serviceman came out and he said he had to replace the fuse. He did do some checking around to see if there was a leakage of air and he found that the coil in the back of the dryer was split and it was not correct into the ground, but he is not allowed to mess with any of that. All he could do is replace the fuse and he said it should be fine. I thought he was very nice and very cordial, it seemed to me that he knew what he was talking about and wanted to help me. They charged us $300 and we found out later that it was an $8 fuse. He was only here a short amount of time, 15 minutes - 30 minutes at the most. The biggest complaints is the cost. He didn't call for any assistance. He carried a machine that print out a receipt and that's all we got. Also, that did not fix the dryer. I wouldn't use them again, except I have a service program through them for my fridge and they've been out many times for that. He was a really nice guy and he went out of his way to look up some things. I don't want him to be disciplined, it was just the price was outrageous. I would give Sears the low grades for the pricing. I'm assuming that when what he did didn't fix it it wasn't because he didn't know what he was doing, he seemed to believe he did.
