overall good. however while the workers were unloading the shingles on my roof they caused the globe of a hanging lamp in my kitchen to fall and break. I am still waiting for the replacement they promised me. Roof itself was done quickly and efficiently and the workers were competent and very respectful of my property.

The workers were very respectful, friendly and helpful. They all did a fantastic job. Very professional. Everyone that comes over just loves it. As we do. I would recommend them ,which I already have. The owner is awesome to work with. Ask for Abraham, he made sure we were happy every step of the way. I was very unhappy with other contractors, they left a bad taste with us. So happy we found Reliable Roofing.

They came out and look at the situation and offered some solutions. Initially he said he would go up on the roof to try to patch some areas and see if that fixed the problem. The leak was fixed and he did not charge me for the service because he just said he would run up on the roof and take a quick look. He pounded in some nails and patched some areas that were questionable and fixed the problem. They were very professional and I would hire them again tomorrow.

Very satisfied. Abraham was always prompt and he paid detailed attention to the estimate, job schedule, care with minor problems encountered , and final inspection. The occasional dropping of tile bundles on the roof by the crew was loud and annoying, shaking the whole house. Cleanup during and after the job and care with garden plants by the crew was mostly satisfactory. Overall we are very happy with the new roof.

Scheduling time for a quote was very prompt. The pricing was high for all three items I was looking to have done. The bathroom vent and roof vent quote prices were almost double what other companies were quoting me at. I agreed to have Reliable do my work because they had a cancellation and reduced the prices significantly (still higher than competitors). The bathroom vent and roof vent were both installed quickly. The quality of the work was good and they cleaned up the area well afterward. The ridgecap work was also supposed to be completed, but was not done. I spoke with Reliable that Thursday night and they were supposed to come back Friday to complete the job. They did not show up Friday, or Saturday and I received zero communication that they were not planning to come. Monday morning I called the owner and explained the situation. He was prompt to get back to me and stated the guys should arrive around 12PM. The guys showed up at 3:30PM and took less than 45 minutes to install the new ridgecap. The quality of the ridgecap install was okay, but not as good as the other items they did. Overall the customer service level, communication, and pricing was a huge disappointment.

Went well. They installed mismatch shingles first time. The fix didn't last more than couple of months so they came back and fix it again this time with correct color shingles. Also performed out of warranty work at no charge

Abraham and Esau are great. They were very kind, and professional. I did not have any hesitation hiring them. They were very fast with their responses, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Their crew was on time, courteous, and it was a great experience having them out. They came where on time and had everything with them to do the job. The job did not take long and cleaned up after themselves. The next morning they came back and sanded and gave 2nd coat. They came back that evening and touched up what need to be. When they left it looked brand new. I highly recommend Abraham and his team.

I have no trouble recommending Reliable Roofing. I called Abraham recognizing my repair was not an emergency but a job I was having trouble getting people to respond to or quote. Everything went very well. We are very happy with our new roof and chimneys. They were very easy to work with. The job was started within two weeks of our first contact and finished three days after start. A few days later we noticed a small issue, called and they had two guys out within 2 hours to take care of it. All this in January... not a great time to be replacing a roof. Would definitely hire again and recommend to others.

They where good, came over took measurements and 15 min later I had an estimate in my inbox. They came in and took about 4 days to do a huge change in my kitchen, new tile, some drywall work and paint. Also very competitive pricing

They where great, they started a whole floor project on a Monday and by Thursday they where all done. The process was very simple, they gave sent me an estimate that was very competitive and 3 days later they where already working on it.

Abraham was very professional--responded quickly to my call and came out promptly to assess the roof and provide a cost estimate. He had a team come out the same day that I accepted his proposal. The work seems to have been done carefully and well.

We wanted to pitch a flat roof on the edition put on our house many years ago. Reliable Roofing (Abraham and Kyle) came out to estimate and right away they were knowledgable, ready to accommodate our interests and enthusiastic about the job. They actually were the only company (of 5) willing to even consider pitching the roof and had no hesitation that their "guys" could find a way to make it work and within a reasonable budget. Now, the roof is complete, it took 2.5 days and we are very pleased with the roof appearance and how well they incorporated it into the existing home and roof structure. Abraham and Kyle came out on the last day as the guys were cleaning up and made sure everything was in order and walked through the roof structure with us. I would recommend Reliable Roofing to anyone. For such a young company they are doing great work and I have already told them that when the remainder of our house's roof needs repairs and updates they will be our first call.

Called Abraham because his company had replaced the front side of my roof 8 months ago (did an excellent job). He responded promptly and fixed the problem. Would hire again for any roofing needs.

During the recent, unprecedented rainfall in the area, we had discovered that water was leaking through the roof along a corner of our family room fireplace. A brief inspection of the roof (by us) indicated that it had lots of problem spots emerging, so we decided to have it replaced. Reliable Roofing (Reliable) was very quick to respond to our call for an estimate, showing up the next day. They were one of the few that actually returned our calls. Reliable were very courteous and quick with their estimate. Also, they applied a temporary patch to our roof where it appeared the leak was manifested. Initially, the job looked straight-forward: off with the old roof, on with a new. The whole effort was expected to take a day. Unfortunately, two issues came to plague Reliable?s work: off-and-on rain, our Masonite siding, and the drip edge of the roof. The weather dashed our plans for a one-day job. Initially, work was unable to start on time because of rain showers; eventually, we got a span of a couple of dry days. During this time the roof was off and replaced successfully. As part of the roof replacement, Reliable put on new flashing by removing some siding on part of the second story of our house that overlooks the family room. Their first attempt to get the siding up didn?t look quite right. A second effort on the siding was made, this time with workers who had more experience with siding. However, it still didn?t look right to us: there were places where siding boards were not completely flush with the house and where caulking was missing or poorly applied. Reliable was very responsive to our concerns and upped their game further: the siding was completed to our specifications. Finally, the drip edge of the roof wasn?t initially to our satisfaction. Basically, the lines of the new roof along the drip edge were somewhat ragged and uneven. This didn?t look good from our yard. Reliable quickly resolved this issue by putting a new aluminum drip edge over the first drip edge (they then ensured the top of the new drip edge was properly sealed to the roof). Although our job took longer than anticipated, Reliable definitely lived up to their name and displayed a good deal of courtesy and patience along the way. We feel the most reliable indication of a quality company is how the react when problems arise and Abraham and Kyle were responsive and thorough in making sure things were done right and that we were satisfied. We?re very happy with the work they did and would certainly recommend them to others.

Contacted Abraham and he and Kyle came out the next morning. Their estimate on repairing our roof was very fair. Because we are elderly and have budget concerns, we discussed other options with them. They offered us their maintenance package and we decided that is what we will do. They even stated that should a leak happen after their work is done, they will come out again and redo for free. They did the work the same day very efficiently. Abraham took pictures on the roof of the problems before the repair and after. Both men were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I also felt that they were very trustworthy. I would not hesitate to contact them again if needed and will recommend them highly.

Took 5 days instead of 3 because couldn't get stuff on roof. Because of roof pitch they to bring stuff up to roof as they worked. They had to deal with bee hives. They made sure it was done right and looked neat. They were on time everyday.
