+ -1 moreI would not recommend them and I found them in the Yellow Pages. They also, service and repair garage door openers. I would never use them again. They charge a lot for what they do and they tried to up sell me everything. I just needed a new spring, and he said I needed new rollers and cable and center bearing replaced. We needed to get out of the garage and so we had no choice but to get it fixed. I'm questioning if some of it needed to be replaced or if he did an up sell. I am not happy with them. He fixed the problem and then two weeks later had to come back out and fix it again.
Description of Work: Precision Garage Door Service fixed my garage door. A spring on our two car garage door broke. They came out to replace the spring.

They replaced our garage door opener and then, later in the day after a single use of the opener, "by coincidence" the spring on the garage door was broken and the door is inoperable. They claim that nothing they did could have caused this, but it makes no sense to me. I did not have a positive feeling at all about the reputability of this company and I would certainly never use them again.

Description of Work: Percision Door of Mishawaka, IN., is a "Total Rip-Off compnay. They are the type of garage door repair company "that give home repair companies a bad name". They are nothing less than crooks - I will never do business with them again - and certainly recommend that you don't either - any company would be better and certainly more "honest". They repaired my garage door and I wqas expecing a bill of about $150 - The door was less than a year old. Their Tech "Ed Schick replaced parts that were unnecesary and overcharged for labor. They did not ask before replacing thee p[arts "they just did it". Additionaly they took the replaced parts with them in their service truck - "which I'm sure will be sold to someone else - as new parts." Percision door gave me a bill for $491.82 "I will never do business with them again and recommend you don't either."

+ -1 moreThe overall experience was excellent. They were very professional and on time. The price was good. They gave me a life-time warranty, for as long as I own the house. If I have a problem, they said they would come and fix it. They will come on the weekend, when nobody else will. They charge the same price on the weekend as a weekday.
