Hired this company to mow each week and to help tame a large garden after moving into the accompanying house. Francisco’s employees did a poor job of mowing… the one time they actually mowed. They failed to trim at the edges of the yard along the street, as well as leaving quite high grass following completion of the job. After that time, it was promise of “oh we will be there Thursday, oh we will be there Friday, oh now it’s Saturday.” He failed to show up 3x for mowing and 2x times for the garden despite assurances he would be there. He couldn’t even be courteous enough to be honest that he wasn’t coming and effectively wasted two weeks of my time. If he already had too many clients, he just should have said so, instead of no call no showing. In summary, this company and the owner is unreliable and unprofessional. I would pick someone else.
