Description of Work: Grout/Caulk tile back splash - Caulk kitchen sink - Install shower door - Remove and replace caulk in 2 bathroom- - Repair two curtain rods in bedroom - Caulk repair drywall cracks in Master bedroom - Dishwasher fix if possible - Tighten towel bar in Master bathroom They helped us finish our project which was left in a bad shape by our previous contractors. - Add Planks and hardboard on bunk - Fix the bumps and paint the hallway down to the basement - Put 2-3 paintings on the wall - Fix Crack in the window sill in basement - Master bedroom grout repairs - Drywall repairs and painting of basement stairway - Mudding and Repairs in library room

Description of Work: I called them on Christmas Eve because we had frozen pipes and left a message with answering service. He happened to get the message - the office was officially closed - and said he had no one, but if I still had the problem Monday Dec 31, he'd get someone out right away. Ten minutes later he called back and said one of his men would be willing to come on Friday, which he did, and got the water running again.

Description of Work: Inspected the power to both exhaust fans. Found wire broken. Not licensed to fix. Gave name and phone number of a licensed electrician. Here about 10 minutes. I asked how much I owed him and he checked the office and said " no charge"

Description of Work: Very prompt and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. The workers installed a new sink faucet, repaired a light that was faulty, installed a new electrical outlet and corrected the connection on an outside faucet.
