Overpriced for the work that was done. Also, cleanup was included in the cost, but yard was left a mess.

I hired Mr. Handyman Services to come install a new exterior door in my garage. The installer showed up on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and very professional with the install. Fast forward a couple of months where I needed a wood parquet floor repaired in my house. I was excited to see the same installer show up! And once again he did a wonderful job repairing my floor.

the work was done on time and as scheduled. The quoted price was fair when compared to other estimates and the work done was excellent

My company hired Mr. Handyman to complete three small tasks around our office. An older man showed up to our office completely unprepared for the tasks at hand. He disappeared to the store for over 1 1/2 hrs and then came back. He was provided with printed out and also given verbal instructions on what to do and where to install. He did the install but in the wrong location and opposite of what was verbally told to him. The second task was way beyond he comprehension because he just stood around and talked to someone on his cell phone for a good 30 minutes. Yes, I was in the office and heard his conversation. This task was not completed. The third and easiest of all the tasks did not get completed because he didn’t even attempt to do anything. He made a comment to me about how he will take care of it when he comes back. Ha ha seriously??? You completed one out of three tasks and you expect us to bring you back?? This guy is seriously out of his mind!! He gave me some off the wall excuses, had me sign his tablet and he left. Oh yeah, a very large bill was sent to my company where he charged us for work completed that was never done!!!! This company is a joke and I would never have them back nor would I refer them to anyone!! **My company had to hire a different company to come to the office and take care of what they didn’t do. The other company knows of Mr. Handyman and warned us that they scam everyone and the owner is a total rip off artist!!**

Had to postpone the project because of unexpected health problems. Mr. Handyman did give me a call, and I will call them when I am able to proceed.

It went great ! They were a bit early in arriving,did an excellent job & came in under estimate. Will hire again to re-grout bathrooms.

he assessed the situation,actually bought a new faucet, & installed it. No more leak.

He did not show up ar the agreed time.

Terrible. I couldn’t get them to return a phone call. They didn’t return emails and made me think they did. Sent 3 emails w my phone number and no response. I guess they don’t need my business.

They did a terrific job on short notice and even came in on Saturday to get this job done on time.

The instructions for installing the hot water pipe insulation and garage door seal were not followed. He did not wipe down before installing the insulation tape so it peeled soon after installation. He also installed the water seal backwards because he didn't read the instructions. Then he just added cheap roll weather stripping to the bottom of the door. I can still stick my fingers under the gap. I said we wanted a permanent threshold and this isn't it, and he said, "I agree" then did nothing. We called to report the issues and they sent the same person back. He just pushed the tape back on the insulation (it peeled again soon after). When I politely pointed out the backwards garage door seal, he said he did it right even when I showed him the picture in the instructions. He ripped it up but didn't remove the sealant from the seal or floor then sloppily reinstalled it and water, unsurprisingly, goes right under it. He glued a low wood threshold under the door, but it still did not properly seal the bottom of the door. We discontinued using Mr. Handyman.

Scheduling and explanation of cost by office was easy and clear. Technician, Gary, arrived on time and was friendly and a very professional craftsman. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He was careful, expert in his work, had me examine the work when he finished and cleaned up completely. I would love to have him back for future jobs.

the installer seemed inexperienced. he lacked some parts, had to make 2 trips back to store. first try, tank leaked. then found a big crack in the bottom of the toilet--he thought it must have been dropped in shipment. a new toilet was obtained and installed. final product was good, but the process left much to be desired.

No issues, he bought the necessary parts on his own, and left the old removed parts behind.

From start to finish I was given Class A service. David Sipp provided ideas and design that I'm thrilled with. The construction team were professional, prompt daily, efficient, and extremely considerate while working in my home. They kept me informed of their progress and solicited my input on many issues to ensure my satisfaction. Once completed they provided follow up visits to tweak minor issues until I was 100% satisfied. I have a beautiful bathroom I'm proud of.

The call center was friendly and helpful. It turned out that one of the technicians was already in the area and was due to finish up a job early, so he was able to come the same day! I got a call before he headed our way. Technician arrived promptly and went straight to work trying to troubleshoot the problem. It took a while to find the problem, but he was being very efficient searching for options. The wire was correct and looked like it was hooked up correctly, but it had been disconnected from the box BEHIND the panel. The technician speculated that the previous owners disconnected it so that it would pass inspection (it needed a GFCI). We plan to install the GFCI at a later date. While he was there, we asked him about another electrical issue - dryer needing a 220V receptacle to be installed, and he explained the options for that as well. He said that their service did not install NEW wires to the box, but they have a sister company that does. Mr Electric, which I plan to look in to.

Although the vinyl floor planks were not installed correctly, initially The flooring was repaired to perfection. Everything else was satisfactory.

To be clear, I did not end up hiring them. They were almost TWICE the price of every other installer out there. What was shocking to me was that they seemed aware their price was very high, and were almost proud of that fact. Other than returning phone calls very quickly, not especially professional...

Arrived on time. Managed to get the dishwasher out without damaging the tiles (we thought several would have to be removed/broken) or the countertop. Extremely professional.

I called them but ended up using somebody different. I talked to somebody on the phone and they were going to charge me to come out and take a look at the project; but they said they would have to go buy something and come back,and that just wasn't the best way to deal with it. I think they were reasonable, but there were some technical questions about what I wanted to do; it was basically repairing something that the builder had done, and that builder basically did it for me for free. If something else came up, I'd probably call them.

They showed up just as told at 8:00 AM. started right in removing toilet, vanity and ripping up damaged flooring. Laid down new sub flooring and glued down vinyl on top of it. We had purchased a new vanity and sink top which they easily installed. They also replaced the baseboard since it looked in bad shape when it was pulled up. They also fixed the toilet. A few days afterwards the toilet seemed to be running constantly. They came back and replaced the flange which a prior plumber had put down as it was not fitting the bottom of the toilet properly. They also put on a new wax ring. The brought new screw covers for the sides of the toilet and cut them so that they would fit properly. For this extra work, they charged nothing. They were very professional and cleaned up completely after they finished they work. Very friendly and really stuck to the task at hand. We would hired the again.
