Description of Work: Total remodel of kitchen and partial half bath. Tore out flooring(hallway, bath, kitchen) cabinets, countertops, and ceiling light box etc. moved appliances out to the garage safely. Replaced all flooring, cabinets, sinks, countertops, ceiling fixtures, toilets (in 3 bathrooms). We also had add on projects for them that they had no problem fitting in to the schedule. The workers were all very nice and professional. They were here on time and were very good at keeping me informed every step of the way. I had no problems getting in contact with them and return emails, phone calls were prompt. We are actually using them again for a new project now and planning for a new master bath in the future. I love my new kitchen!! Fantastic job!

We are sorry you feel disappointed in our services. We called you the day before your appointment to confirm and called after your appointment to make sure you were satisfied. We discussed our rates on the phone when you booked the appointment. The job was booked for 14 hours based on the information given to us on the phone. We assigned a highly knowledgeable carpenter to your job. He had to do some remedial work before he could get your new door installed because your wall was 1 ½ inch out of level. This included cutting out a larger opening, grinding back concrete, building a new threshold, making custom cuts to straighten brick mold, making adjustments to the siding etc. The total hours came to 17 so we gave you 10% off.

Description of Work: The serviceman replaced a section of the waste stack plumbing pipe in our basement which had been leaking as it drained water from the bathrooms above. He had to remove a section of A/C duct to get to it, the replacement of which seemed a bit crude (and I'm not sure where exactly those two duct hangers I found laying around afterwards came from - or why they weren't hanging ducts). Also, I had to clean up the refuse after he was done. So, I had a couple of small quibbles with the service, but overall I was pleased and would use the company again.
