Very well. They were able to come at an earlier date than they originally thought and called us to see if that was convenient. He worked very quickly and efficiently. One of the light fixtures fixed would not turn off. They came out the day we called and fixed it at no charge.

They showed up on time, returned my call and they did a good work. We will use them again in the future.

,.I would definitely use this company again. The employee arrived five minutes early for the apppointment, and was working on the projects within 10 minutes. First, he walked through the jobs I had for him, and was very courteous and professional. I had purchased the lattice for the deck and the faucets for the bathtub, so he checked to make sure that he had the correct faucet and enough lattice to complete the job. I had an extra small job in the yard that he completed also. The outdoor work was completed quickly (within 30 minutes) and he began the plumbing job in the upstairs bathroom. He ran into a few issues with the existing fittings, so he made a run to the local hardware store and returned to complete the job. He used shoe coverings whenever he entered the house, and left the bathroom clean and free of debris from his work. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done. He did not waste time between jobs, and I felt that the work was completed as quickly as it could have been. The price was a bit high, but the work is guaranteed, so if I have any problems at any point, they will come back free of charge and fix whatever is wrong. The company called this morning to ask if I was satisfied with the work, which I thought was a great added courtesy. Do not hesitate to call this company...they are a national chain, but they are all licensed and bonded and do a quality job!

All in all, it was a good experience. Bob was able to complete tasks quickly as well as share some of his wisdom on minor future repairs. I also appreciated the technician providing some time estimates (hence, cost estimates) on other projects I am considering hiring out as financial resources allow.

Excellent! Work was started the day I called as we had no hot water. The service man came out, went to Sears to pickup a water heater I ordered, brought it back and installed it, and hauled off the old one. Excellent work, done efficiently. Would hire them again for similar jobs. A bit expensive on the initial call, but worth it.

Don't be afraid to call this company!! The service provided was great and as advertised. We had a frozen pipe, in spite of having the appropriate heat tapes. He found the bad spot (before the meter, not really our problem except we were the ones without water), fixed it, and fixed another small problem in the allotted time. The price paid was as quoted originally. We will not hesitate to call this company again!!

The two employees were at my house on time every day. They did excellent work and were excellent at explaining what they were doing and why. The company provides a maximum project cost, which you can reduce by doing some of the work yourself. In my case, I was able to remove and recycle old aluminum siding, assist in the removal of an old cement porch and install deck screws. These are good people to hire, especially if you have several projects to do at once. The hourly rate is high enough that you don't want them standing around waiting for you to decide on options. Be prepared and help out, if you can.

Contractor came and was ready to start at that same time. Had all resources and was very courteous. Also, the management called a day or so later and wanted to, also, know how the experience went. Very impress.

Explained costs up front. Came on time (to the minute). Knew what to do. Did it right. Made it look good. Friendly, courteous and professional the whole time.

They were great. They told me when they were going to come. They asked me for instructions and didn't just assume what they were going to do. They asked me how I wanted each thing done. I would use them again if I had the money to afford them.

I have a rental property that needed a hand rail replaced, and I live 1000 miles away. I called and they agreed to set-up an appointment with my tenant to do the work at the tenants convenience. The first appointment was cancelled, by Mr. Handyman, but they were able to fit my repair in a couple of days later, earlier than expected. The tenant and I were pleased with the work. I thought the price seemed high for the amount of work done, but I have little choice living so far away. I will use this company again.

He did everything that I asked in the order that made the most sense and got it all done in one day. It was really a lot of stuff.

They are very good, and clean. They are punctual. I think they are very expensive. They have a three hour minimum, but they are worth it. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again.

I thought his pricing was alright and was responsive. But, I did not think he did a good job and would not use him again in the future.

The price was reasonable. I have mixed feelings about them. They certainly did what we asked them to do, but we indicated that it was a three story roof, because of the way our lot fits and they didn't bring a latter. They were punctual, but not prepared.

When I initially spoke to Matt from Mr. Handyman, I was told the job may take longer than an hour to 1.5 hours due to the klitchen cabinet having to be rebuilt or not. When Mr, Handyman arrived, promptly on time, he looked over the situation and determined the cabinet need to leveled and the frame work re-enforced with a couple of screws. He said it shouldn't take ery long at all, and he expected to be done within the hour or 1.5 at the most. We did show him a couple of other small projects to be done in the future: a door rehung in a bedroom closet, and some vinyl siding replaced on the side of the house, where there are now gaps. He stated the two projects shouldn't take any more than a couple of hours max, if that. I was in and out of the room a lot, but my husband remained with the Handyman in case he needed any help in lifting the microwave in place. After 2.5 hours, he states that we would have to come back the next day to complete the job. I asked how much I owed him for the time he spent so far and he said $264. What remained to be done, was the cermanic title around the microwave to be installed, and the vinyl siding placed back up outside the house where the hole was placed for the vent.. I didn't have any tiles left over for the kitchen wall. He stated a list of supplies that I would need to get for the tile job and to fil the gaps in the vinyl siding on the side of the house. His work was terrific, I was satisfied with the work he had done. My disappointment came when I asked if I would have to pay $129 for the first hour the next day, or if the rate would be at $45 for 30 minutes. He said he would have to charge the $129 as if it was a new job. I don't feel that was fair, since he was unable to finish the job the same day. I would have liked to have had the siding put back in place outside the house. The ceramic tile could have waited until a later time and bunched in with the other 2 small projects. I felt the work was very well done. The handyman was professional and courteous. I just felt the the pricing was too high based on the job not being completed to the point of at least having the siding back in place. When you add another hour to the job the next day, the out pocket expense would have been $393.00. We had $400 to spare for whatever repairs would be needed. It didn't help that my husband woke up the next day with a flat tire, and the money that remained of the $400 had to pay for the tire repair / replacement. So, my husband unfortunately had to cancel the second day of the job with the handyman. I would use Mr. Handyman again, but only if I have some very small projects that can fit into a set amount of time.

We made a mistake by not getting a precise quote in advance. The cost was substantially more than we expected because it took many more hours to get all the tasks done than we expected and we paid by the hour. The person who came out also managed to find a few extra tasks that added to the time. On the other hand, he knew what he was doing and did a good job so guess you get what you pay for. We won't use them again, however, because the hourly cost is more than we would pay for jobs we can do ourselves - we'll just have to try harder to find the time.

It was an okay experience working with him. We had explained that it was a third storey reach and he had no ladder or anything that would help him to reach where he needed to work. So, I thought that he was not prepared. He completed the job well. It’s just that I felt that he came with lack of equipment. However, the work itself was fine. His price was fair. The quality of his work was good. He was very responsive. He was punctual. I think that if one is a professional, one should come prepared.

I had a very positive experience and they were able to help on the same day.

I spent about $40 the first time and I haven't seen the second bill yet. This was for a house that is 1000 miles away. For the one that I was present, the guy was very pleasant. He said exactly what needed to be done and what really needs to be done which was a good thing. He completed what needed to be done. His price was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again in the future if need be.
