We got the pictures, the estimates and everything that we had asked for. He did not do the repair work yet, but did submit the estimate for getting the job done.

Work was done promptly and professionally. We will be using them again in the spring for several other small projects.

The guy was real friendly, knew what he was doing and he was pretty quick at getting the job done. It was good.

Mr Handyman of N St Joseph & Elkhart Counties just finished up. They did a good job. It cost more than I was expecting it to, but other than that it was good. They were very polite and very professional. I would probably use them again.

It was excellent. Because I was here in Milwaukee part of the time, I was still able to call them and they also called me. They communicated with me really well. They did everything I asked to my approval. I thought it was good. As a mere fact, we're keeping in touch with them because we may have them come back and do more work for us.

The work was fine but the quote did not include materials and supplies which added 30.00 to 40.. To the total.

It went very smoothly. I have used them several times and they are always very competent. It does cost more, but is worth it for anything complicated.

Very punctual and the office called the day before to remind me of the upcoming service and what time to expect him. Then the day of service they called to say he would be arriving EARLY which I loved. They have always been professional and I love the quality of their work. I first hired them to install insulation, fix electrical wiring in house, install new bathroom faucets and window blinds. Being a single person with no one to do the work around the house I was very happy to find someone who could do all the different project s I have instead of having to hire separate services like contractor, electrician, etc.

James Fuhrer was the contact person for this company. He represented the company well. He was polite and responsive. I never worried that he wouldn't quickly respond to my emails. I gave a B for quality because I had to send them out again to re-repair some items that were initially not done correctly, but the issues were quickly corrected. Good price for the quality as well.

It went well. Overall, it was very good. They were responsive and I thought it was cost effective. I think that they are a good operation for various honeydews around the house that always seem to left undone.

.The serviceman arrived on time, explained what he would do and reviewed the cost. He worked quickly, did a very thorough job of cleaning the debris from the gutters, and cleaned up afterward. He also told us we could have him install gutter guards, which we will do in the future. He was very professional and personable. He also gave us an estimate for installing an exhaust fan in our bathroom. The cost was reasonable. He also called a few days later to see if we were satisfied with the job performed. We are very pleased with the work he did and will use Mr. Handyman again in the future.

My experience with them was terrible. They didn't finish the drywall very well. They left streaks in my painting. They just did a terrible job.

John was on site at 8 a.m. He was very nice, polite, and very respectable. He was in at 8 am and left at 1pm. I would hire them again, they do everything.

This guy was amazing, a jack of all trades. Went above and beyond what I had originally planned on having done. My kitchen light was a thorn in my side and had it repaired twice before, but the repair didn't last long. This man was able to trace the problem to the source and fix it and it has been working great ever since. I just happened to mention my air conditioning stopped working all of a sudden and was not sure why. The unit was not that old. He took a quick look and found the problem. Told me the part I would need, I went to Lowes bought what was needed and he fixed it. I had my air conditioning back on and working. (This was above and beyond what I had hired him to do). I was so impressed and grateful for all he had gotten done that day. I told him he was my hero!

The service was easy to schedule. The work was well done in a timely manner and the worker was very curtious. Appreciated the follow up call the company made a few days later to make sure I was happy and satisfied.

They communicated with me both the day before and day of the installation. Mike showed up exactly on time and performed the job in a very efficient and effective manner.

The technician arrived on time. Introduced himself and double checked on the work that he was going to provide. He immediately started on his job and completed it in 2 1/2 hrs. He was very efficient and cleaned up after he completed the job. He did stay for awhile to ensure that there wasn't any leaks and that everything performed as is should. We were very pleased using this company and will always give them an opportunity to provide services for our home.

His service was OK. You have to provide all the materials.

David Sipp, the owner, was very courteous, very pleasant, and worked with me to get the repair scheduled as soon as possible. The technician, John, was very professional, very pleasant, and did a great job.

I thought their price was kind of high but I needed it done. I liked the fact that they said they would be here at six o clock and they were and also the fact that they said that all their people go through a rigorous testing. I did not feel uncomfortable while having a stranger in my home while I was there alone.

The carpenter arrived exactly on time. Assessed the problem, went to the hardware store to get materials, returned and had the work completed within a total of 3 hours.

They were great! Definitely on time, maybe even early! They did a great job power washing the house, getting lots of ivy off. They explained all they did, gave us tips on how to to help keep the gutters cleaned, and it ended up being less money as they got done quicker than they originally quoted. They even called a few days later to follow up on the work and ask what else we'd like done. Nice and professional!

I called and spoke with Bill, who was very helpful and clear about everything that would happen as well as other services they provide. I was able to get an appointment about a week from my call. Appointment was set for 8am, but the confirmation call the day before said 7:30. Matt arrived at 7am, which was fine except that I answered the door in my pajamas. He was very polite, clear, and honest. Estimate was for 2-3 hours, but he was here just under an hour. He cleaned the gutters which were very straight forward, but identified a potential future issue regarding the position of the gutters. Because he finished a little early, we discussed a possible leak into the house near the gutters. We are not addressing the issue now because we have plans to do major work in that room in the future. I was pleased with the service and the price was worth the convenience of not having to do the work ourselves and have someone with knowledge on the issues address our concerns. After this experience, I would definitely consider Mr. Handyman for future projects.
