My wife and I discovered our bath was leaking and called McMasters on a recommendation. Bill arrived on time and was very friendly. He discovered that the previous owner crimped the faucet line while trying to change the spout. After the initial visit, we arranged for him to come back and make the repair. I arrived to let him in, thinking I would beat him home, and he was there waiting for me. A few hours later, we had a working tub/shower. In order to fix, he had to make a rather large hole in the wall to get to the pipes. This allowed us to see his work and it was first rate. He did not replace the wall, and this was understood up front. In all, great work from a very friendly and punctual guy. I recommend McMasters without hesitation and will call again.

After the bathroom sink flooded my bathroom (and a second bathroom and two bedrooms) McMasters Services came by to repair the supply line. Mr Szalay was professional and very nice - considering I called him at about 7:45 in the morning in tears after my second episode of water damage in less than a year. He fixed the broken supply line and replaced the other one just in case. He also fixed a dripping kitchen sink on his way out the door. All in all, he was there less than an hour. The prices were extremely reasonable - I was actually surprised when I saw the bill. I was so pleased with McMasters Serices I keep their business card on my fridge. I will definitely call again.

Two men arrived on time. I showed them what needed to be done, we talked about the work. Then they went out for parts. They worked quickly. I was impressed they they wiped their feet every time they entered the house! After they were finished I did not have to clean up after them. They were gone about an hour and I saw one of the washing machine shutoffs leaking. I called them and they were back the same day to fix it up.
