Response from Mark Temple Tree Service
I don't want to put a review company in the middle, our obviously satisfied customer base and reviews , every growing list but it's more like ; I had followed up on the original proposal 5-6 days after the scheduled" free est" you requested, which was more of a detailed diagnosis of several failing trees and vines.. We also discussed that this late approach of treatment, may not give you the results you expect.. At the time of the follow up call, I had explained we were very busy but had other work in the neighborhood and it would be best to try and treat the issues then, as the proper treatment time was already over due. At that time you expressed that you were still waiting on other bids and had not yet made any decisions. Several weeks passed before you called to let me know to proceed, and I explained Please sign and return the proposal. About 9 days later I received the signed proposal, 2 days after I had received the proposal you called me to express the urgency of tree care. I think at that conversation I fully explained why it would be the following week before service could be provided or scheduled. I could tell by your tone, that no less than immediate service would suffice. You didn't cancel then nor did I, you ended the brief phone call with " I'll see if I can get someone else to do faster." I never heard back either way, and don't want to push my services on ANYONE. Again poor weather prevents treatment and yes we are still busy but try to service as many homes on one side of town or another as possible, not to mention all the cost associated with fuel, labor and travel time with our large equipment . It's always been our policy excluding emergency service.. EXCUSE my attempt to type on a 1/2 square on my mobil.. Again we handle every issue asap.
