 + -1 moreLarry came out quickly for a free evaluation ... He confirmed that the 20 year old softener we were using was worn out ... He gave me numerous options and we chose his refurbished softener with all new parts excluding the tank shell for a great price installed ... The unit was installed quickly and cleanly and it works great ... We also added an RO water filter for our drinking water which works very well ... Everything was done well and on time. All of our questions and concerns were answered professionally. We would definitely recommend Larry .. Excellent work

 + -1 moreI cannot speak highly enough about Larry and his work. He is always on time and courteous. We are new to this area and never had well water before. He took the time to explain the process to me. We used him to put in a reverse osmosis unit as well. Today, he came out because I noticed a lot of iron in our water despite recently replacing the water softener. He took the time to review and adjust the unit. He was very sweet to my young daughter and tolerated my barking dogs - all with a smile on his face. No charge for today as we are still under warranty. He discussed the possibility of an Iron Unit with me, gave me some info, told me to think about it as it is quite costly ($1100). No hard sell. He's a gem.

Description of Work: My softener was unrepairable, Larry did not have me pay for his time since he could not fix the unit. I bought a refurbished unit from Larry and he installed it the following week. The final cost was just over $600.00. He was prompt, professional and honest. I would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Larry installed a new water softener and removed the old one that was no longer working. He also had previously came out and inspected the old one for us free of charge. He have us several options for a replacement softener offering us both new and refurbished ones at different price points. Overall I would say he seemed very thorough and knowledgeable. A week has gone by and I can already see and feel the difference with our water. Our dishes are not cloudy and hair feels so much softer.
