Installation team went out of their way to accommodate request to avoid seam in high-traffic doorway; I wo have believed them if they'd told me this wasn't possible, and I appreciate their work. I'd recommend this business to anyone.

+ -1 moreExperience was excellent. In store we were shown carpet samples but also allowed to browse on our own. Once we had a carpet the salesman went over all of carpet features with us, and showed us similar carpets. Once we selected he gave us the sample board to take home to make sure we were certain. A measurement appointment was set-up. The appointment was kept exactly on time. The measurement was performed quickly and professionally. The carpet installers arrived exactly on time and did a thorough and professional installation. Even to the point of vaccuming the new carpet so that any of the stray fibers did not track to the rest of the house.

+ 0 moreWe've used the Floor Store several times. They will take the time to answer all your questions and help you make an informed decision. All products were purchased from them. We did have one item that we were not satisfied with and the owner - Steve came out and made sure it was corrected.
Description of Work: We've had them install Pergo in our kitchen, linoleum in one of our bathrooms and they have installed carpeting on two different occasions.

+ 0 moreFrom the time we first contacted the and quot;Floor Storeand quot; to the completed installation, everything went as planned. The dates that were given were exactly on time as far as oak flooring arrival to the day of installation and completion. We had worked with the and quot;Floor Storeand quot; 10-12 year previously in another home and were awary of his great service and products. When the need arose to install this oak flooring we went back to the company we trusted, and as usual we were very satisfied with the results.
Description of Work: In our living room (Approx. 15 X 16) which contained old carpeting, and stains that could not be removed anymore, Steve, the owner of the "Floor Store" had his installer remove all the old carpeting along with the tack strips and save a portion of the unstained carpet. They took this piece and replaced a stained piece in the hallway. They floor was then cleaned and cleared of all staples and debris and made ready for the new oak flooring. Also the base board trim was removed. The new pre-finished oak floor was installed, base board replaced and all scraps and debris removed from the premises. The installer was very professional and did his best to keep the dust and noise to a minimum and still provided a quality installation/\.
