+ -1 moreThe initial process took 1 week. Ceiling in 1 room collapsed & they came right away the 1st time, but they initially refused to come when the remainder of the ceiling began to give way. Eventually they came out & took care of it as well. On the last day of the drying process the garage was overlooked as there hadn't been proper documentation on it in the beginning. However, once we discovered that it hadn't dried, they came out to take care of it. I gave a lower rate on both responsiveness & quality due to the hassle on the ceiling issue & the garage being overlooked. Otherwise, I would have given them an A for everything. Their initial response was wonderful! I wish I could give them a higher grade, but honestly there were those bumps & yet they took care of both issues without any further hassle, so a 1 point loss was given. The cleaning that was done inside was stellar! The garage cleaning was so-so. Price was not given as almost everything was billed through the insurance company & hasn't been finalized so I haven't seen the totals.
Description of Work: Immediately tarped roof during rain as water was leaking into house. Once the roof was covered, they brought in drying machines & de-humidifiers. Triaged 1 bedroom ceiling as it collapsed (twice). Cleaned after drywall was done (three times, twice inside & once in garage).
