The entire process went well. The estimate was made in a professional, inclusive manner. The installer arrived on time, worked with knowledge and expertise, answered our questions, and completed the installation early afternoon. He cleaned up the work area, removed the old carpet and took it away in his truck. We are very pleased,with the way our basement appears,now, and we are thankful to,have" had it done by Factorty Tile.

They are absolutely superb! The owner came out and gave me estimates ideas. He helped me choose the right laminate for my floor and he went over pros and cons with me. On the carpeting, he helped me because i wanted something close to my current color and I wanted a medium grey color so he was very good on helping me with that. His installer is really picky. He was very attentive with doing it right and all the cutting was done on site. I had one complaint, they should have a saw for when it cuts the material that it captures the sawdust because my garage was a mess with cleaning that up. I would definitely use them again.

We used them originally to put the kitchen and bathroom linoleum. They are very good, on time, on estimate, and do excellent work.
