Everdry was quick and efficient, finishing the job in about 5days. They informed us as to what they were doing every step of the way. They had to removed some plants around the foundation but were very careful to save and replant them when the crew was done. We would recommend them to anyone with wet basement problems. When we purchased the house we knew that the previous owners had problems. They had hired another company to waterproof the basement. We moved in October and everything was fine. When we had Spring thaw we ended up with three corners of the basement wet, really wet. Called the original company which honored the previous owners contract and "fixed the problem." Well, it didn't work. For the next year we had wet corners and repairs which required time-off from my job. It got so bad that we had water alarms in the basement which would contact my cellphone so we could get home and dry the basement (finished basement with carpet). We finally gave up and call EverDry to the rescue. They reviewed our problem and developed a system just for us, not some cookie cutter system. And it worked!!!! 10 years later and we haven't had any water in the basement. I don't even need to check it after a heavy rain because I know it is ok. No more water alarms or phone calls from a wet basement.

Took pictures and explained everything from start to finish. Followed up with me and tried to additional ways to do the job to save money.

One of our pumps which were installed 14 years ago was not operating properly so we called Everdry to do the work under their warranty. The work was all done one day after I called them. Everdry made a promise to us when we bought their system and they have been their for us. I highly recommend them for anyone having a water problem in their crawl space.

The EVERDRY experience could be described as professional from start to finish. All the different personnel from the initial salesman, to the people in the office and the crew that did the actual basement work, to those who did the follow up were concerned that I understood what was happening all along the process. When I had questions they were very capable of answering them to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with the fact that when a couple of issues came up they were more than willing to see that the job was done correctly and to my liking. The adjuster was very friendly in the beginning but once we got to the price part threw in that if we signed that night he would give us a discount. I felt pressured as well as overwhelmed and exhausted from spending 3 1/2 hours listening to him. I told him I would let him know after I thought it over and discussed with my disabled husband whose attention span could never handle the long process. I discussed with my insurance agent, even though not covered under our policy, he gave me some ideas of ways we can solve the problems we are having for probably $1000 or less. No where near the almost $21K we were quoted.

The installation crew arrived as scheduled each day and performed their tasks efficiently. All debris was removed daily, and work area was left clean. The crew chief, Juan, was knowledgeable in all aspects of the work to be performed and instructed his crew relative to individual responsibilities. The project was completed a day ahead of schedule, and with minimal disruptions to the home and surrounding area.

The entire job took the better part of a week. They brought in a large crew from South Bend (about an hour away) and went right to work. I was amazed at the amount of labor intensity required for the job, but the crew worked hard and swiftly. It did not interrupt my or my wife's work schedule and I felt comfortable leaving the house in their charge. The clean-up after the job was excellent. 1 day after the work was done, a major problem erupted. I called them (very angrily, I might add) to tell them that I had a constant rush of water flowing through the channel below the surface of the floor and had lost the use of my water. They sent a crew out immediately to fix the problem (a simple mistake with disastrous results) and amended it to my satisfaction. I haven't had the need to see them since. My basement, which had always been prone to flooding, has been dry for 25 years. I would highly recommend this service to anyone with a basement flooding problem.

The team of professionals did a fantastic job of protecting whatever furniture was in the room from dust, they then did what they do best and installed all the necessary items so that our basement would be dry from that day forward. I was very impressed with their clean-up afterwards.....Awesome.....(Note: I've had friends who have used other companies and listening to their ongoing stories of not being satisfied, I am sure glad that I used Everydry).

Everdry came out to the house and gave a thorough consultation of the procedure to us. They guaranteed their work with a lifetime warranty. We had been having problems with water damage from storms. We recently bought a house that had a waterproofing system provided by Everdry. The previous owners had continued a warranty with them, so it transferred over to us. Shortly after we moved in we noticed a crack in our basement wall, and we found that it was getting damp every time it rained. When we called Everdry they immediately scheduled someone to come out and take a look at the situation. When he came out he not only looked at the crack, but since we were new to their system he brought me all kinds of information and showed me exactly how our waterproofing system works. After about an hour's discussion he set up a time for the crew to come out and waterproof the crack as soon as the weather warmed up. I pictured that it would take 3-4 guys with a small excavator most of the morning to fix the crack, and that a large amount of my rock bed would be disturbed. I couldn't have been further from the truth. On the scheduled day two men arrived right on time and began work first thing in the morning. They hand-dug a hole right where the crack was located, sealed it from the outside, came in and caulked it from the inside, then re-filled the hole and replaced the rock bed all within about an hour and a half. And because we had the warranty they did both the consultation as well as the repair for free. I am so happy that the previous owners of my home chose Everdry to waterproof their basement, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs to waterproof their basement!

We've had some rain and everything looks good and appears to be fine.

My experience was very dissatisfying. They were very forceful and demanding and kept on us until we agreed upon something. They charged us a fee up front. We paid the fee and then canceled out immediately to get out of the service. They told us our check back for the money was in the mail and we have heard nothing in the last 2 months. I would not recommend this company to others. If you call them they will not return your call to anything.

We did get a quote but if we needed to do the kind of things that they wanted to do then they probably would have been fine. All they wanted to do was more than what we needed so we ended up doing less and basic things and it worked perfectly well. They were very efficient and very nice. They were professional. I just did not do everything they thought we needed to do.

Everdry came to our house and we went through a lot of items while they were there. They are thorough and go through a lot of detail. Most of it is designed to scare you into spending a lot of money. We received 3 quotes; outside only, inside only, and both. When they do both, they perform different work on the outside (excavation by hand) than what they would do if only doing the outside (excavation with machinery). Our perimeter was roughly 120' on the inside for the basement, they said they could cure our wall moisture and moisture under the slab and we needed to do the whole system (waterproofing). Couple of notes regarding the wall. Picture a basement with four walls... easy, right? Now picture the landscape at grade level going around those walls. 3 of the walls to our basement are covered by a garage, or patio, or 3-seasons room. My point being, excavation can't be done around 3 of my basement walls. In the 3 quotes, the quote we received for the inside only was for $7,600. Then when we added the hand-excavation around the outside the bill went up to $18,800. So for work on the outside, the work is based on your interior measurement (120'). $11,200 to dig up less than 1/4 of the exterior of my home. TBH, the cost was too high... way too high. From other places I've read, they seem to do good work, but they're definitely making a living on it. I can get over this part, but when it came time for the rep to come back out and and quot;closeand quot; on the deal, he went through the WHOLE spiel again and for some odd reason Everdry has to have your spouse there... yeah, kind of ridiculous. As if my wife really wanted to listen or was interested in listening to that. Again, it's a tactic to play to your spouse and scare them as well. Sales 101. Once we mentioned getting a 2nd quote, the rep just ended up getting rude and upset we weren't going to sign his paperwork right there on the spot. Since that was the case, he took away their and quot;discountand quot; and that was the last we saw of them. We got in touch with Forte Waterproofing and they did a great job, completely knowledgeable and even better, polite. Side note, Everdry isn't the only waterproofing company around. They ALL do it. They don't do anything special or different and their patents do not mean anything. If you know patents, after 17 years, they expire. You can get an extension for another 3 years, but after the full 20 years, ANYONE can use your patent. They did they same thing and there are patents out there older than theirs.

The price was originally about $23,000 or $25,000. I asked for my refunds back because I got other estimates and other people come in and they said that I did not need that work done. It took forever and they threatened me with a law suit and I had to call my attorney to get my refund back. I would not recommend them to others. When they came out they were very nice and they did not push me to do anything. The presentation was fine, but the rest of it was the worst possible. They were terrible. I guess they were professional, but their response in how they handled the refund was very irresponsible. I will not use them.

After receiving two other estimates that were half the price for just the basement, went with Everdry. They started one week after the papers were signed, took three days and I was vwery pleased with their work. The men were very professional, polite and considerate of the fact I have two dogs so the doors were never left open. They cleaned up after the work was completed. They worked around what plants they could and only took out the plants they could not work around. I wass instructed in the use of the sump pump, backup pump and battery and the air ventialtion system. They were thorough and professional.

They did the job when they said they would do it, but they broke a window and didn't inform me of it, and ruined most of the paneling on the walls. They removed the drain pipe from the waste to the sump pump and said it could not drain into the new one.

They came to do an estimate/sales call. They were late in getting there. They didn't get here until 6:00 and didn't leave until 10:00. They used some really strange psychology, asking me some simple questions and using some sort of bonding technique to get me interested. They gave us a price tag of about $25000 to completely waterproof the inside of our basement. They then added that if we agreed to do the work that day, they'd take $3000 off the price. The guy was really pushy about making the sale, and he wasn't going to leave unless we made a decision. We decided to do the work, then looked around on the Internet, discovering that we were being charged way too much. We then decided the next day not to do the job, and it took two to three weeks of constant phone calls to get our $1000 deposit back.
