We were very satisfied with the work that was done, Daniel was courteous and saw to it that the work was done in even less time than was expected. Fred worked with us to stay within our budget. The only drawback was that even though we were not using their financing, they still ran a credit inquiry and told us that it was customary with all of their clients.

Very Well, dry basement. Warranty fee of $45/yr is worth the assurance that they will repair any future problems with leaking in the basement. The mildew smell and mold problem is gone.

For years we have had water seeping through a crack in our lower level family room. All my attempts to correct this problem did not work. We contacted Everdry and they responded promptly and provided us with the needed solution and a reasonable cost estimate. The work was done soon after. It entailed trenching along the front of our house and putting a barrier along the wall to prevent water from entering. The work was done in one day and the cleanup and replacement of some ground covers was done to my satisfaction. We have been completely satisfied with the solution and work done by Everdry. My experience with Everdry continues to be the worst interaction I've had with a contractor. From promising much more verbally than was delivered or in the contract, to being difficult to get a hold of or schedule in a timely fashion, to lying in response to my BBB complaint, to having my entire basement flood due to their system malfunctioning and not covering any damage. The worst part is that the system they replaced was better (and more functional) than the new one. I've now been without the full use of my basement for 11+ months. Please don't believe anything they say, only what is written in the contract has any chance of happening. If you have a simple water issue, and don't mind overpaying, and if you get the right crew, it may go fine for you. I was not so fortunate, and the Michiana branch management's true colors have shown through loud and clear.

Work was completed as described. the crew doing the work was prompt each day and prior to starting work they went over work to be completed that day. At completion of work they went over everything that was done describing how system worked and answered all our questions. Very professional. BM, Munster

They did both inside tile work including an additional sump pump basin as well as sealing the outer foundation to keep water from entering. I was very pleased with the work performed. with the wet Spring that we've had this year it was defiantly worth the investment and not having to worry about a newly relocated family room in the basement getting wet. The workers were diligent and timely. No more wet floors and ruined carpets in our basement! The work is noisy and messy, but we didn't have any more leaking when they were finished. My very large 30x64 basement was completely flooded up to my knees and would flood like this on and off for about three years. You could take a raft down there and paddle around. It was completely useless and creating mold. I called Everdry. They came in and installed a drainage channel along the perimeter on the outside and inside of my basement. They installed two sump pumps with backup batteries, two EZ-Breathe ventilation systems, and 1 humidifier that drains directly into the drainage channel. They also sealed and repaired cracks along the walls and floor. That was 8 years ago. 5 years ago, we finished the basement and turned the majority of it into a large family/game room that we use daily and sectioned off the rest for storage and a laundry room. There has not been a drop of water and/or moisture down there since Everdry came in and waterproofed it. No typical damp basement odor either. We did have 1 sump pump stop working. I called Everdry, they came out quickly and replaced it free of charge. The humidifier stopped working as well. They allowed us to go buy a similar on of our choice at Menards and reimbursed us the money. If you have water problems in your basement, I HIGHLY recommend Everdry. Not only do they do exceptional work but they are also there for you years after the work is completed. We do pay a yearly warranty of $45 which is a very good deal. I know if anything should happen, I can call them and they will be right there. If we would have never called Everdry, there is no way we would have invested the money into fixing up the basement. We have a 17, 14, and a 6 year old. The kids use it as a hangout space with their friends to play pool, air hockey, and video games. My husband and I use it to play pool and cards with friends and I have my workout machines and weights down there. It is like having another house that we wouldn't be able to use if it wasn't for Everdry!!!! CD North Judson, Indiana

Excellent! Finished in 3 days! Came out quickly to put in the air system, then came when scheduled for the rest of the work. Very pleased! We weren't able to be here when they worked due to our work schedule and they worked around our schedule and met with us at a different time to go through everything with us. Let me first tell you that my home is 1 1/2 years old. We noticed a water problem a couple of months into our occupancy (mildew smell, outside drainage problems, and water coming in the basement through the foundation walls). My wife and I finally said enough is enough. We called Everdry out August 2016 and couldn't be happier with our decision. Our initial encounter with the sales personal was excellent. The gentlemen was prompt and was very knowledgable with the material they use. This made my wife and I feel comfortable knowing that they now exactly what material they use and how they going about completing the task. We had the Multi-Step process done to our home, meaning they do a complete waterproofing job inside and outside. The crew they sent out was wonderful. They let us know what they were doing every step of the way. They first dug an inspection trench around the perimeter of the house, found and sealed cracks, applied waterproofing, drain tile, and gravel all while preserving sprinklers and shrubs. Inside they dug an inspection trench along the perimeter of the basement, installed sub floor drainage system, and replaced floor with Evercrete (concrete). They also installed a submersible pressure relief system with battery backup. And finally they installed a ventilation system to help remove musty orders, humidity, and mold spores. As you can see above, A LOT was accomplished with Everdry. I couldn't even tell that a contractor was in my home working! They cleaned up after themselves and answered any questions I had. It only took the team 3 days!! I cannot begin to tell you how professional and helpful the team was. I would HIGHLY recommended Everdry for all your waterproofing needs!.....RL South Bend

Ending was terrible and intimidating. Please, do not let EverDry in your home. They make you feel all special by using a gaining commitment sales tactic that turns aggressive if you say you are wanting to take time to think about it. We didn't say no, we said we just needed some time before we gave into 30 grand.....The sales person came into our home and seemed very pleasant and knowledgeable. We told the company that we had an appointment at 4pm and they assured us it would only take 1 1/2 hours at the most. He was here for 3 hours!!! Once we did the inspection, he proceeded to go though an EXTENSIVE presentation and showed us pictures of other people's homes that do NOT include after they've come and done the work. They use a tactic where they let you test for the mold, and let YOU use their equipment so you feel empowered in some way. When we FINALLY got to the HOW MUCH section.....that's ALSO a tactic. He gives you the highest price, then, the next highest price, and then how much it will cost YOU. So, you feel like he's giving you a deal. 28,500 was our quote. We obviously knew that we have a basement issue, however, the price tag was a lot to swallow. The minute we said we needed to talk about it to see how we could come up with the money, he turned into a different very aggressive person. It was VERY uncomfortable. Be thankful they ask for two homeowners to be there, but they DO THAT ON PURPOSE to play on your relationship and to make sure there are TWO signatures when they close the "deal." So, after we could tell he was visibly upset, he offered us a deal if we could be on 24 hour or 48 hour notice he would give us "A 9% discount" Again we tried to explain that was a lot of money. "Well, I thought you were in a hurry" all gruff. I never said that ONCE!! We again, said no and he got angry and aggressively circled and crossed out the discounted price and said "I'll just mark this down that you declined the discount." We, then, explained ONCE AGAIN it was a lot of money and we were late for an appointment and he had already taken 3 hours of our time. Only to make us feel uncomfortable in our own home. He then proceeded to trash a previous customer in trying to get us to commit. He told us he would no longer have time to schedule us, and that he would have "to come back down here is the problem." I'm thinking ok, $10,000 a day, should be worth the trip............As all the other reviews said they would do, the company called back again today and we opted not to answer. I was so shook up after the sales guy FINALLY left (we told him at 4:10 we were late for 4pm appt and he still didn't leave until 4:30) The way he flipped a switch in his demeanor made me question everything else he said during the inspection. He said all we needed was 500.00 to seal the deal. (But rudely) I was so disheartened by this that I did not sleep that night, and I want to assure you that all the negative feedback for the company and their tactics is SPOT on. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but I should have be more trusting in the reviews. Their responses on the BBB and to other complaints of customers are rude. That should be the first flag when reading reviews. The customer is ALWAYS right. If a company cannot adhere to this age old practice, especially when asking for THOUSANDS of dollars. RUN! fNo one should come into your house tell you how to spend YOUR money. If they ask for immediate commitment. RED FLAG!! We lost an entire evening of joy with our in laws who we only get to see a couple times a year because of this company. Please, call someone else! We called the first one listed on Angie's list. The one with NO complaints and when I did call they were very worried for us that we signed something. I just laughed and said no, we were onto them. Angie's List-Thank you so much for this service being FREE now. It saved us a lot of heartache and money, and we know we will end up with a company that will TRULY be helping US, not trying to take us for all we're worth.

Everything went well just as they promised, we now have a dry crawlspace. They are very professional and work to satisfy your needs. They are very prompt in taking care of any issues. I would recommend them to anyone having wet crawlspaces or basements. JA of Granger, IN

The installers did an incredible amount of work in the three days they were here and were very accommodating about moving appliances and storage units away from the wall for us. They did the installation in our addition crawl space even though it was only accessible through a small window in the original basement wall. They also were able to work on the outside of the basement walls without damage to our foundation plantings. They were amazing! JH in South Bend, Indiana

Terrible-So this company sucks. They are sexist and misogynistic. They have a policy that says if everyone who "owns the home" cannot be at the free estimate then it no longer free and you have to pay $150!! That's obviously code for "you aren't smart enough to ask the important questions and we don't want to have to come out twice just to explain it to you husband". My husband works and cannot take off for a free estimate when I am not only capable of asking questions but kinda ticked off that they are so sexist that they won't respect a woman's competency to ask the proper questions without her husband there. This is the most ridiculous policy and it's insulting to women. I purchased the home on my own, my name is the only one on the loan but because my husband technically owns the home too, I have to either make him take off work in Chicago or pay $150 because they don't want to have to come out and answer questions that a man has, that a woman is obviously not smart enough to ask. And how about this- the only questions we have would be #1 is there damage? #2 What do you do to fix it? #3 And how much?? See guys- even a stupid woman knows that. I even asked if I could have my husband on face time so that he "could ask all those imaginary questions I was too dumb to ask" but no, (and I quote) "we have tried that in the past and it didn't work out so sorry." So if you are a woman's don't bother calling for a free estimate because your husband has to be there to supervise you and ask the right questions or you have to pay $150.

After the company completed the work the first time, the basement still flooded, so they were called back. They came and claimed to fix the problem, but were called back again because the walls were still bowing and the basement was still damp. This second time they came out, none of the workers spoke English, so there was a major communication gap and the office needed to be called so the workers could understand what needed to be done. After the work was completed, the bowing walls continued to deteriorate and EverDry was again called out to honor their guarantee. Their ultimate solution was to install I-beams on my basement walls which has slowed, but not stopped the bowing. Also, I was surprised to learn that there is an annual service fee to keep the life time warranty in force (or at least to avoid a charge for service calls). 7 years and $17,000 later, my basement is still damp (the leaking stopped, but the battle against mildew and mold continues), my walls are still bowing, and I have lost complete faith in this company and its promises.
