We are so happy we chose Everdry waterproofing to protect our home. The crew that came to work on our home where excellent. They showed care for our home and where kind, polite, respectful, friendly and had superior work ethic. They walked us through every step of the process and explained everything we needed to know. The crew even let my 6 year old granddaughter pretend to be boss as she walked the property telling them what a great job they did. 5 stars to these men for sure!!!!

I asked for a free estimate and received an appointment and was not told until the day before the appointment that I would have to be home as well as my spouse in order for the estimate to be free. I feel that it is very misleading and dishonest. I should have been told that at the time of making the appointment.

Everdry was fantastic. They did exactly, precisely what they said they would do. They kept to the time schedule. Their workers were focused and worked steadily without delay or breaks. I had the Everdry basement waterproofing with a couple of sump pumps added and it fixed my flooded basement. I have a house with mostly cinderblock basement walls. The causes and symptoms the service engineer described matched my experiences even though he came during a dry period when there was no water. He explained that an addition, with poured concrete walls, would not require treatment and did not try to sell treatment for that area. I have had no flooding since treatment, despite storms dropping up to 6 inches of rain in one day. The treatment was amazingly fast considering all the work they did, and they cleaned up very well after the treatment. It was the best investment I have made in home repair / improvement.

We are very pleased with Everdry Waterproofing they did our house inside and outside in the 80's never have had a problem and if I do I pay them $25.00 a year for anything goes wrong they fix it. I have had to have a pump and some other minor things done and they were right on it everytime I needed them, very good company would recommend them I would back them up anytime.

I tried everything I could think of to keep out the 14" of water I would get in my basement, then I hired another company (shall remain nameless) just to have their system ripped up in 2 and a half short years because they would not honor their warranty. As a last ditch effort before bulldozing my home or filling my basement in with stone and making it a crawl space, I called EverDry of Michiana and to my surprise, the price was very reasonable compared to other companies. I live in an area with a very high water table and keeping water out is a major issue. The install was almost effortless on my part. I had some issues later and was very pleased that EverDry honored their promise to come back out and do what needed to be done (like adding more finger drains) to keep the water table below my floor. I would highly recommend them and gladly write my yearly check to keep my warrantee active. A+ in my gradebook. JLW Lake Village, IN

it's been 4 years since Everdry worked our foundation. We have not had a drop since they did the project. The only setback was the cost but we couldn't have ever sold our home unless this was done. EverDry of South Bend waterproofed my basement over 20 years ago. I was extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. I was very glad we decided to go with EverDry and over the years I have recommended them to anyone that needed help with basement issues. To this day.. anytime I call, they are extremely helpful and provide excellent service. Their Customer Service is one of the best I have ever worked with.... I never worry that I am going to have an issue getting someone to listen to me. Whenever I call with a question regarding my basement they do not hesitate to send someone out to inspect it and I never feel like I am bothering them. Their work is of high quality and when they finish the work.. they clean up as if they were never at your home. After 22 years of dealing with EverDry, I believe they are the best to work with and I will always recommend them.

Great team and did a great job

Our Everdry system was installed by Everydry of Ft Wayne but that business closed down, without notice, earlier this year. I found out about this after calling to check on our warranty. Jayne and Sara were very pleasant to work with regarding getting our warranty reinstated and once that was sorted out someone was out the next day at the promised time to replace the pump. We've never had problems with the system overall, of course sump pumps don't last forever so that's to be expected. While the whole warranty thing was a headache, I do appreciate what they did to make it right.

I am very thankful that Everdry Waterproofing has done the water proofing efforts for my basement. They are very professional they showed up every day on time and they worked the whole time they were here. They answered all my questions as they went along. They have done yearly follow up inspections and follow up calls with me. Top Notch Company to work with.
