With the rising lake levels a few years ago, our basement (on a lake) was starting to see water coming in. We called everdry, they were very prompt and offered a few different solutions. They came out when scheduled, performed the work they said they would and cleaned up afterwards. One major item to point out is that the first process they put in place, helped a little, but didn't fix it. They came back out three times and kept putting additional measures in place until it took care of the water. DT, paw paw, MI.

Ever dry waterproofed out crawl space about 14 years ago. Their service rep was prompt, professional and informative. We were drawn to the lifetime guarantee and signed a contract. The crew was punctual and hard working, finishing earlier than expected. We were impressed with how well they protected our flooring when carrying out buckets of concrete and how well they cleaned up. We have had to call a couple of times for small problems and were extremely pleased with the speed in which someone was here to fix them. We appreciate this company and their skills. The crew arrived in a timely manner each day for our project and they worked well together to accomplish both the outside and inside drainage necessary to keep the water from entering our church basement. Questions were kindly answered both by the crew and the office staff. The crew cleaned up after themselves each day. We can say that we have not seen any water in the basement since this project was completed and do not expect to see any in the future. Several have commented that it is such a blessing to have no water in the basement.

Good experience, everyone from sales, to workers, to technicians were all wonderful

The crew arrived on time every day and went to work immediately. Inside the house everything in the basement was covered including the stairs. The basement was reasonably clean when they left. Tarps were put on the lawn to protect it when they piled up the dirt from the trench outside. They were careful around the shrubs and trees. The few plants they dug up were re-planted. I understand it will take 6 to 8 weeks for the dirt to settle, but then everything should be back to normal. Any questions I had were answered. They put in window wells that I didn’t like so they fixed them to my satisfaction. It has rained since they finished and it was enough rain that under previous conditions I would’ve had water in my basement, but I’m happy to say I had none. the ever dry system works and the basement already has a fresher aroma. We had major flooding/water damage in our newly remodeled home. Everdry came out to assess quickly. The layout of our home made for a difficult waterproofing job which took some ingenuity and creativity. They were able to start quickly and correct our problem. We are now 3 years past this incident and no water issues since. Everdry cleaned up after all of their â messesâ and covered all furniture and televisions to keep dust and damage to a minimum. This is our 2nd use of everdry for waterproofing. We had our full basement done about 20 years ago and it has continued to work as promised.
