I was contacted by Everdry about doing free testing to check for mold. Being a new homeowner I thought this was a great idea and it was free so even better. To my surprise mold was detected. I’ve had a positive experience the complete process. Even when I discovered how bad the mold was (black mold) I could tell the lead was very sympathetic with me. Customer service has been amazing and very friendly each time I’ve needed to call. Another perk I really like is that I have a lifetime warranty that’s transferable if I choose to sell my house. Jm

I spent 4 years trying stop-gap measures in my walkout before I called EverDry. They provided professional, thorough services two years ago and I haven't had a problem since!

We had the foundation repaired around our house and the basement repaired due to our drainage problems. This was 17 years ago and we have had no problems since that time. Also, Everdry furnishes a sump pump to us free of charge and we always have an extra sump pump in case the electric power goes off. I would suggest to every new home owner who builds a new house to have Everdry do the waterproofing of the foundation and drainage outside the house. They are wonderful!

Initial work had to be corrected, but overall has kept the crawlspace dry.

They were great to work with from beginning to end. They had a rep come out quickly to inspect our house and gave us several options on how we could proceed after our lower level flooded. He discussed what we should consider and helped us pick out the right scope of work for our house and budget. When their team came to do the work, they were professional, handled the job quickly and respectively (which was a huge plus as we had a toddler in the house at the time). They sealed off the part of the house they were working on to limit any dust/dirt from where they were working getting anywhere else. We were very impressed. Our house is a tri-level, so having them waterproof ensured we got to use all our house as intended. Our downstairs is our main family area, and we use it now with no worries. Everydry waterproofed my basement many years ago. They did an excellent job. They have made a few upkeep visits over the years, but my basement remains in good shape. The technicians that come out are very helpful and willing to answer questions. I am very pleased with the work that they have done to my basement.

We have had our Everdry waterproofing system for many years without complaint. Initial work was completed with lightning speed, staff was friendly and respectful. We were also impressed with the quality of work. We have only had to call them out twice over the years for small issues and Everdry was quick to respond and schedule our repair. Everdry did an excellent job with my constantly leaky basement. In May of 2020 we had en epic storm in Laporte that flooded my entire lower level and I finally had enough. Everdry came out quickly to do an evaluation and estimate, discussed the multiple options I had for services with their company, and the staff was never pushy at all. The service itself was able to be completed way ahead of the original schedule due to their flexible scheduling option, which gets you a discount! This company had worked on my house a year or so prior to my buying the home. I have never had any leaking in the past 3 years and the annual warranty to keep the service and company in place is very reasonably priced and a huge weight off my mind as a new home owner. When we purchased our home it came with an Everdry Warranty as the previous owner had used them for waterproofing the house. The warranty was so easy to transfer into our name and the customer service was very friendly. Then, when we had an issue with water due to torrential storms, the staff and technicians were friendly, caring, prompt, and thorough in taking steps to prevent future issues that were not even really their fault. Everdry did a great job waterproofing our basement. The work was done quickly and cleanly and no water or mold a year later. The workers were polite and professional. Most importantly, our 11 year old son who has bad allergies and sinus problems is much less congested and his breathing problems have decreased significantly. Considering all the rain and humidity this year and snowfall melting in the past 3 winters, we⠠ve continually checked our crawl space for water or dampness and are happy to report⠦⠦NOTHING! This company is first rate. They were on time on budget and very helpful in fixing my damp basement. the office staff, construction crew, supervisors answered any and all questions that I had during and after the project. If you want your basement dry you need to call them.

Our lake house basement was poured in 1922 and was beginning to crack and leak. We also had excess moisture. The installed system had to be tweaked but it is now working as expected and presented. Everdry was available every time a challenge arose, just as they said they would.

We love that we feel worry free about our basement not flooding again. The only problem I had with everdry was the hard sell. They were here so long during the inspection and really pushed the sell. With that being said, we donâ  t have any regrets for having actually purchased the service. Itâ  s been peace of mind. Their crew was very friendly and fast and cleaned up after themselves.

Was incredibly impressed with our inspector, Austin M. He came on his off day and spent over four hours going through our basement and discussing the real issues and getting to the bottom of our problem. I would recommend him as an inspector to anyone in the area
