I took the advice of a co-worker and called Everdry and asked for the same sales rep they had. We met with Fred, he was very professional and knowledgeable and gave us a lot of ideas on how to handle our problem. Everyone that we have dealt with at Everdry has been very friendly and helpful. Three years ago we purchased a home with an EverDry system that had been installed by the previous owner. It gave us great peace of mind that the warranty for the EverDry system was transferable to us as the new owners. We have had several record-setting rainy seasons in northwest Indiana since we moved in and our basement has remained bone dry while others in our neighborhood have flooded. In 2008 My basement floor cracked and filled with 2 feet of water. I call Everdry of Michiana to fix my problem. They repaired my basement walls and installed their pressure relief system for me. I am very thankful that Everdry Waterproofing did the water proofing efforts for my basement. They are super professional, they showed up everyday on time and they worked the whole time they were here. They answered all my questions and they did a very nice job, and most importantly the waterproofing works, except they have to come back and finish part of it in May. This company is not worth your time. I paid 10's of thousands of dollars to waterproof my basement. They connected the water discharge to a pipe that no one knew where it went to. Four years after the install the discharge pipe is plugged and floods my basement with 9-11" of water. The company installed 2- 3/4HP sump pumps and 2- battery backup pumps into the same 1 1/2" discharge. After talking with 2 licensed plumbers they both said that they would have never installed it this way. Due to the fact that if the line gets plugged the water has nowhere to go. They said that they would run 2 separate discharge lines.

They did all the work really fast and took pictures before and after the work was done, gave us alot of details. I do not like having to pay every year for the warranty but that ensures that they will take care of any foundation issues for the life of the basement so I guess I will pay it.

We hired EverDry Waterproofing of Michiana to inspect and waterproof our basement. They were very professional and kept us informed of their progress everyday. Also a supervisor visited more than once to see if we had any questions. And there were follow up phone calls to see if we were satisfied. I would highly recommend this company. KJB Elkhart, IN
