I was referred to Everdry by a family member.à   My cousin learned about them at a home show.à   Everdry stopped the water from coming into their basement which also stopped the mold from growing by removing the source of food (water).à   After hearing his feedback and actually seeing the work that was completed, I contacted Everdry for an estimate.à   I am so glad I did!à   I had no idea what I didn't know about why, how, or even where the water was actually coming in from.à   Greg from Everdry started with a few questions for me, and then we walked thru the basement and around the outside of my home.à   After doing an initial inspection, Greg spent some time educating me about the history of the company, the benefits of using Everdry, and topped it off with a sketch and detailed explanation of the why, how and where the problemsà  were and how they would fixà  it.à   It was actually overwhelming and as the days passed I came up with a long list of questions.à   I am happy to report Greg came back to my home and spent the time I needed to get all of my questions answered, even though some of them were repeat questions that I simply needed better clarity and understanding on.à   Greg Lambright not only knows his stuff, but he also communicates it so the average homeowner (non-builder) can understand.à   Now let's talk options, who doesn't like options?à   After completing the inspection and assessmentà  of the water and mold in my basement he laid out the options.à   Not only about different ways toà  remedy the problem, but also options on how to pay for it.à   Depending on your circumstances you may not need the full gambit, but I did.à   I have a big and spacious home.à   In fact, on multiple occasionsà  throughout the process, different workers commented "wow, the basement just keeps on going".à   Thankfully Everdry works with a company that provides financing at reasonable rates.à   The application and approval process was quick and easy.à   You also don't pay for the work until it is 100% complete and you are 100% completely satisfied.à   One other bonus, I was already able to refinance that loan for a lower rate and zero penalty.à   It's been two months since my basement was waterproofed by Everdry.à   It was March, and we've had plenty of snow and rain since that time.à   My basement is still dry.à   The sales team, office staff ,and hard-working manual labor crews at Everdry were all great from start to finish.à   The schedulingà  process was easy and theyà  were flexible with the my work schedule.à   Everyone was able to answer my, what seemed to be, endless questions.à   Most people dread contractors coming into their home.à   Not in this case.à   Each person was kind and respectful and I looked forward to their arrival.à   The post-completion follow up was just as great as the communication during the process.à   Though I am truly thrilled with my dry basement, I think the greatest bonus is that their work comes with a lifetime transferable warranty.à   My basement is dry, the mold has stopped growing and we are working towards having new living space in our basement!à   Not only am I satisfied, but I also have peace of mind.Thank you Everdry!à  à   clc of Kalamazoo

I am very pleased with the work they have done. I had perimeter drainage installed approx 10 yrs ago. I have not experienced any problems.

Everyone we worked with from EveryDry was very nice and professional. Our inspector Austin was able to answer all of our questions, and the team who did the digging and install of the EverDry system was quick and clean! They made sure everything was back the way it was before, and when some of our mulch around the house was not salvageable because of how far down they had to dig at spots they went above and beyond and purchased replacement mulch to make it look good as new.

My husband and I love Everdry Waterproofing Of Michiana!! Austin, who was our sales Rep. came out and talked to both my husband and I about what to expect from Everdry, and explained the financing. He did a very thorough job inspecting our basement, and explaining what would happen from start to finish!! The teams that did the work were on time and very cordial. They explained what they were going to do and asked if we had any questions, and if we did they answered them without hesitation!! It took about three days to complete the waterproofing inside and out. They put plastic up so the dust would be to a minimal, moved all the heavy objects that were in the way of their work. After the job was done they cleaned up and everything looked as if nothing had happened!! We picked the lifetime guarantee, which is transferable also a wonderful option, and well worth the cost, which is very competitive and fair. I live in Griffith, Indiana, in an area with loamy soil and a high water table. Whenever it rained heavy we were sure to get seepage in our basement. There was one drain in the floor and when it rained a lot, water would seep in from all four walls, getting the whole floor wet. I had to put evrything up on blocks. So when we got a door-hanger offer for a free inspection from Everdry, we responded and called for an appointment. After the inspection the Everdry agent told us that our foundation walls had a 56% moisture saturation and the floor was at 88% saturation, that our damp basement was attracting insects, and that we had active mold growth. There was pressure fracturing in places on foundation walls, and that two of our foundation walls had footing coves that were blocked. In summary, there was no protection inside and no protection outside. Needless to say, we were extremely concerned about the condition of our seeping basement. Understanding the importance of protecting the investment that is our home, we had Everdry do the work to solve our problem. I knew we were going to need something more robust to manage water flow, than just a single basement floor drain, so I was glad to hear that Everdry installs a pressure relief pump to actively expel water buildup below the foundation. We also liked the idea of their Smart Power Back-up Unit, that keeps the pressure relief pump working, even if the electricity shuts down during a storm. It's been several years since Everdry completed the work in our basement, and I'm happy to report that our seepage problem has been solved, even during the heaviest of rain storms. Thanks Everdry

We had water problems in our basement for at least 15 years. We tried to fix the problem ourselves trying one thing and another and nothing ever worked.  We finally called Everdry. They came out and looked at our basement, assessed the problem, gave us a quote, and helped with financing.  They go the job done as soon as their schedule would allow.  Their workers were great! Had Everdry waterproof our basement 12+ years ago. Have had a few issues with a pipe cracking and pump seizing. Techs arrived at the house the same day as the calls were made and repairs were made immediately at no cost to us. JRH and MH Buchanan, MI

It is not dry till it is EverDry ! This statement is so very true ! I had a water issue in my basement. EverDry came and gave me a free inspection and gave me options to fix my water problem and payment options. I signed up for the repairs that day! My inspector was Jim, he was very knowledgeable, and very professional, he made sure we understood the complete process, from start to finish.
