+ -1 moreWe did this is two phases so we could still live in the house so it took two weeks but I am thrilled with the results and workmanship. Dust was barely an issue. Elliot is on time, does what he promises, and is personally a great guy. My floors are fabulous and I couldn't be more pleased!
Description of Work: Refinished kitchen and foyer floors. Sanded to bare wood, stained, 3 coats polyeurathane. Replaced a split board, filled crack, sanded down broken/damaged problem areas.

+ 0 moreWe were very pleased with the work accomplished. Elliott explained precisely what would be accomplished and followed through with the job in a timely fashion. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. Elliott was on-time, and very conscientious. Usually dust is a factor when refinishing hardwood floors however, with the cabinets sealed and Elliott's use of a separate and extremely effective dust collection system, there was little if any dust to clean after the job was completed. We would highly recommend Elliott's Hardwood Flooring!

+ -1 moreElliot is exceptional! He aligned the floor boards symmetrical, and applied four layers of polyurethane. Basically, he is very meticulous in his work. Also, I really like the fact that he's the owner/operator and did all of the work himself. If you'd like to have a hardwood flooring design work done, he's capable of that as well.

Installation of carpet, vinyl, pergo snap down flooring, ceramic tile/ stone. I don't rent out tools, but can provide a list of what tools are needed to do the job. I don't move walls or eliminate walls to make a room bigger, then replace flooring.(I will replace flooring after the other work is already done.)
