It didn't go at all. Individual is very unreliable, doesn't answer phone, and doesn't call back when you leave a message. He promised us to give us a quote but never did and also promised us to do the work before a certain date, which also didn't happen. Many contact attempts failed and that's the story. If you want something done don't bother calling him.
Description of Work: I wish services would have been performed. A quote was requested for fixing a plastered ceiling due to water damage. After many contact attempts service provider visited home to get details about the issue.

Dennie was prompt in both getting us an estimate and for performing the job. He gave a fair estimate and did the job to that price. We had a ceiling replaced in our den and he also patched a hole in our basement stairs without any additional charge. His work was outstanding and we would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: We needed a new ceiling in our den, due to water leakage damage. Denny replaced the ceiling and replaced the trimwork around the ceiling. He also patched a hole in the basement stairway, at no additional charge.

He was extremely fair on the price. he came as quickly as he could according to the time he had available. Unlike a lot of people who do plastering work he made very little dust. he is retired now and does this privately, but he has been a professional wall board finisher and plasterer all of his life. He does things very quickly and still does an excellent job.
Description of Work: Dennis Hooten did plaster/wall board repair work. He repaired a hole in our ceiling.
