+ -1 moreThis company is great at installation, but you better pray that your system never needs serviced. Our alarm is beeping at all times of the day and night and we've REPEATEDLY tried to contact him. We've called, texted and emailed him for WEEKS and he never responds. This isn't the first time we've had this problem with him. Looking at online reviews, I now see that this is a pattern with this company. I regret that I ever referred people to him. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE INITIAL INSTALLATION!!

+ -1 moreThere was an existing account and fully wired house when we bought it. We got an alert that there were low batteries and we couldn't stop the alert beeps. And we needed new sensors installed on 2 new exterior doors. We have called them for over 2 weeks and have had ZERO response. Nothing. Meanwhile, we've had this beep continually and can't make it stop. I tried to switch monitoring companies but unless we have the installer code, we will have to purchase a new system. I've called numbers online, numbers of the actual installer and no one has responded. This is unbelievable.

+ 0 moreChris arrived on time and explained the alarm system in clear and understandable way. He even went over other alarm system items that were in the home that were not his. He made sure I was comfortable in the operation of the system. Will use him again to expand the system.

+ -1 moreEverything went just as I was told. Chris was able to set up the appointment very quickly and installation was very quick as well. I had to have the smoke alarm moved at a later date since the steam from my shower was setting it off. Every time I have emailed him asking him a question he is very quick to respond. He went over all of the details on how to use the touch screen device and was very thorough. I am very please and will be renewing my contract. I have had the security company call me several times as I have mistakenly left a door open or caused several other user errors. The professionals on the other end are very polite but direct in asking for your pass code which I appreciate.
Description of Work: I had alarm service and fire protection installed in my home.
